“I was surprised to find a local seller of the Damascus steel knives I was interested in in Cheltenham and decided to pop in and see them in real life. The team there were really friendly and very helpful. And even price matches them for me. I would definitely recommend Farrar & Tanner.”

“The backgammon board is very nice and qualitative. However I am disappointed with the dice cups which are in plastic and the checkers which do not look qualitative at all. For this kind of price, you expect quality for every pieces.”

“I purchased a bottle of Rare Vineyards Malbec French Red Wine in a Personalised Premium Wood Gift Box from Farrar & Tanner for my little brother’s birthday (he’s over 18!). “Great product, parents very happy with the champagne flutes, they got plenty of use at their 50th anniversary celebrations. The ladies who I dealt with in-store were pure brilliance, nothing was too much and to add to that such lovely people. The only let down in service was their website misbehaving, causing these ladies to really feel it. I made a 140mile round trip to collect our items, the website caused this, the journey was definitely worth it though. The little showroom they have is gift goldmine, we'll never struggle again to find that perfect something. Well done to all involved.....except the I.T guys (please don't delete this review, I get it...things happen)”
