“this is the second pair of gloves i have purchased the first ones lasted 8 yrs but on reiciving this pair i could not get them on, my hands must have got bigger i rang your customer line but was told these are the biggest you do such a shame only needed about 1inch bigger still i gave them to a friend and he stated they are great thank you for a good service Maurice”

“I had an issue with a delivery. Royal Mail delivered to the wrong address. F and T sorted it immediately and sent a replacement which arrived in time to give the item as a gift.”

“The backgammon set is lovely, it looks expensive and it’s just gorgeous. The only thing is that the cups to put the dice in are plastic and very noisy and it just doesn’t match the quality of the overall set.”

“I could not be happier. The Zipped Premium Nappa Leather A4 Business Folio is superb quality and way better than what I saw in John Lewis in my opinion. The ordering process was simple using the website and the product arrived via Royal Mail as indicated. The box that the Business Folio came in was very nice and adds to the perception of quality. “Ordered 3 birthday gifts. 1 was out of stock but the customer service contacting me to explain and offer a solution was outstanding. No other suitable item available so it was refunded immediately. Other 2 parts of the order received promptly and were carefully wrapped and packaged. First time using but will definitely be shopping with F&T again and highly recommend.”

“Really disappointed 😔 The amount of money I paid for the chess set as a birthday present and it looks really cheap. The clasps holding the board together feel as though they will snap off after a few uses. It doesn't feel 'quality', particularly in comparison to the one other board we have. There's no luxury/craftsman style feel for over £80. Quite disappointed unfortunately as I took time to research products and the photos look really nice. The lettering looks golden and almost embossed in the pictures but theyre a flat yellow which looks like it did scrape off easily.”
