“Very disappointed with my first and last purchase from Farrar & Tanner. Ordered a Christmas gift with an engraved message but it arrived minus the engraving despite paying extra for the service. Not enough time to rectify before Christmas so very disappointing.”

“I placed an order, but after a week, it still hadn’t been delivered. I had to follow up and resolve the issue myself. Farrar & Tanner may claim it wasn’t their fault, blaming shipping delays and stating they resent the item. However, who’s at fault doesn’t matter to me—despite resending it, the order ultimately missed the intended date. Unfortunately, the recipient left the UK for Christmas holidays before receiving it.”

“I very much like the website and the variety and quality of the goods for sale. I also had need to contact Customer Services a few times regarding the functionality of the check-out system. “Bought Barbour reversible belt bought large for 34 waist but was huge but not a problem cobblers altered size making it exact length I wanted for £4!!! Never even lost my personalised touch - very happy with purchase great value for money 100% recommend will definatly buy again from them”
