“Love the style of the bag and how it hangs comfortably on my shoulder. Also, light weight so most of the weight is the contents. The only problem is the width of the opening. It is too narrow and there is no flexibility there. You have to take everything out of the bag to be able to find something.”

“Due to the prompt action by customer service a personalised gift for my Son was replaced in time for his Birthday. The first one I had received, on express delivery the previous day had arrived damaged so I was very disappointed. On phoning Customer service another one was dispatched in more protective packaging and arrived safely. My Son was very pleased, thank you.”

“Really nicely made, inside is also beautifully done, the customised name looks great. The only thing I would say is that the catch to keep the box closed looks a bit out of place, it could be classier.”

“Website doesn’t pop up to confirm you have added something to your basket. Consequently I ended up with the same item twice in my basket Basket is difficult to use ie you cannot edit size or quantity so you have to start again. I’m starting again, I ended up ordering the wrong size by accident I called and emailed customer services immediately to see if I could get this changed. Their was no response from either. I continued to call the following day and the nice man from customer services ran down and stopped the package from being dispatched and changed the size. I had to push him to do this rather than letting the parcel go and returning the item”

“Arrived in good condition, expected box to be better quality but engraving is great & suggestion for the future would be to have a cover for the wooden holder, the carvery set comes, instead of just wrapped in disposable plastic? Thanks!”

“Really nice product (pewter base whiskey glass), engraving done well too. Only criticism is that the glass looks and feels like a cheap quality glass with a nice pewter base round it. Shame as otherwise could be an excellent product.”
