“I posted a negative review regarding a pewter whisky glass I bought as a 50th gift. I also emailed Farrar and Tanner and the next morning I received a call from Jude to apologise. She offered to re-send the engraved glass direct to my friend in time so he got it on his birthday. The customer service I received from Jude was great and it turned this into a positive experience. What's more my friend loved the new glass and said there was a massive difference to the one I had already given him. Thanks Jude for all your help.”

“I wrote a negative review as I was very disappointed with a whisky glass I had bought as a 50th present. I also sent an email on Sunday night and received a call first thing on Monday morning. Jude was very apologetic and offered to re-send the same engraved item direct to my friend as well as saying to not bother sending back the original item. She also sent a photo before dispatching it and it did look much shinnier and not as dirty looking as the original glass. I was very impressed with the customer service received and she managed to turn this into a positive experience.”

“I posted a negative review yesterday as I received a whisky glass I was giving as a 50th present that I was very dissatisfied with. I also sent an email to Farrar and Tanner and received a call from Jude today. She was very apologetic and said she would send another engraved glass direct to my friend who's birthday it is tomorrow. She also sent a photo of the product and it looked much nicer with the pewter being shinnier and less marked. She also did not want the other glass returned. I would like to thank Jude for her excellent customer service and turning my experience into a positive one”

“I wrote a review yesterday about a whisky glass that I was very disappointed with. I was contacted today by Jude from Farrar and Tanner and she was very sympathetic and offered to send another one out to my friend for his birthday. Although I have not seen it in person the glass looked much nicer and the pewter cleaner and shinnier from the photo I was sent . So I would like to applaud the customer service given by Jude as she has turned my experience into a positive one.”

“Really happy with this product, feels and looks great. The finishing on the cap was a bit ruff but I used a little sandpaper and it's fine now.. All in all great price Really good quality product.”

“Ordered a pruning knife-came in good time and delivered safely. Very good quality and also etched with my wife’s name to make it special. My only criticism is that I would have liked to know where the knife was made-there was no place of origin on either the knife or packaging. Being from Sheffield, we like to identify and buy local goods.”

“Speedy delivery & nice products. Dropped a Star because the tool tray with the wooden handle arrived with one end unscrewed. I didn’t know whether this was a fault or meant to be sent like this, because it screwed in ok.”

“Incredibly good customer service! My order for two engraved items came very quickly but with a couple of errors, partly my fault. Stacey and Lewis spared no effort to correct the errors and send replacement goods within 24 hours and therefore in time for Christmas! I am delighted with my gifts and very grateful for the excellent service I received.”
