“Nice quality secateurs, but they need to make it clear they are lightweight. They are more like ladies' secateurs. They don't cut anywhere near as well as my 20 year old Wilkinson Sword secateurs.”

“Highly recommended quality product. Initially the incorrect order was posted out to me. I rang and discussed with Jamie the representative who is amazingly helpful and attentive to my concerns and dealt with it within 20 minutes arranged delivery for the next day for the incorrect item to be returned it is rare to get a customer service response as good as this I would have no doubt I would deal with this company. I would highly recommend the products and the customer service attention to detail any customer concerns. If you expect the best this is the company to deal with.”
