“Ferrar & Tanner are my go to place for my gifts. But I'm writing a review not just because I love their choice of products and how much care & efficiency they take with their packing but how they responded to a problem. I had a fault, which happens, in one of my engraved glasses. But to discuss it, get it replaced with no fuss and in very quick time was wonderfully easy. Thank you Stacey & customer services.”
