“My order was not delivered within the allotted time. Phone call to be told it was still being processed in packing. No contact to let me know of the delay also unsure that there was still the item I had ordered. My daughter lives in Cheltenham and I arranged for her to collect from the”

“I have ordered Celebrate Gold Goblet Pair for my parents 50th Weddeing Anniversary and one glass arrived damaged unfortunatelly. I found the return process on the website quite easy and managed to arrange a collection from my workplace by Royal Mail. I was very surprised how quick I got another packaged with the beautufully carved goblets just on time (just in 3 days) and I was able to celebrate my parents Golden Anniversary as planned. There are very beautifull products not just for use but also as a souvenir of that important day. Thank you so much. Kamil”
