“Ordered a knife for son in law engraved with his name. Came well packaged. Son in law hasn’t received knife yet as it’s a birthday present for later this month so can’t really comment on the quality of item but does look well made.”

“The plain whisky tumbler with a pewter base that I ordered was the perfect christening gift for my great nephew! I had his name engraved on the base and that was perfect. The only thing I would say is that it would have been nice to have a few more characters available as then I would have been able to add his middle name, but that’s just me being picky. I was more than happy. The tumbler arrived swiftly ( 2 days) just in time for the christening which was arranged at short notice and despite it being between Christmas and New Year!! A very happy customer!”

“I was delighted with the presantation of the wine in a wooden box and especially having my message written on the box in gold writing. I had a few queries with my order due to myself. All my emails were answered immediately and sorted.Staff were very efficient.”

“I bought a backgammon marvel pieces . The quality was the best . However I refund it as its size was not suitable for my board. The cancellation process was so easy and comfortable for me . Royal postage came with for getting back . Thank you for supporting your customer”

“The glasses were as described, very happy with them. However I was very disappointed with the name engraving it was tiny and you had to look very hard to see the names. The box they arrived in was very battered so I had to replace it. I've given very good because they arrived on time and the actual glasses were beautiful.”

She contacted me urgently and out of office hours as I had given wrong address details for my delivery which would have meant no delivery before Xmas. “I am a returning customer and have no issue with the product or customer service per se. On this occasion the block of knives were a day late and I need them for Christmas Day so went looking elsewhere. I found the same block of knives in a supermarket for £55, £31 less than I paid. The block of knives arrived. I would have returned them but for an extra thick piece of adhesive tape which wrecked the box when I opened it. So, I will not be buying from the company again, sadly.”

“Ordered Xmas present late and although it was an engraved wash bag they said it would be be delivered next day, and it was it arrived before 1pm next day very pleased with this and would definitely use again.”
