“I ordered a set of 4 engraved steak knives for my husband as an anniversary gift. The knives themselves are very nice quality. However, they had very obvious fingerprints on the metal (presumably where the person had removed them to engrave) they also were loose from their housing in the box so I had to replace them properly before wrapping. The box itself was a little bashed. Overall shoddy appearance on arrival. Polished them up and straightened the box so it was ok in the end.”

“I purchased the boxed champagne as a wedding gift. As a nice touch I paid extra for the box to be engraved. On receipt, I was a little shocked at the engraving. To be honest it looked tacky!”

Hi Jane Sorry to hear you didnt like the engraving. There is a clear example on the website showing how this will look. I think by selecting 'Comic Sans' as the font this may have affected the look of the finished product. Happy to send out a blank box free of charge if required - many thanks

“Amazing gift for the price, loved the personalised wooden box. I was really disappointed that I paid for it to be gift-wrapped and it wasn't. If it wasn't for that - 5/5!”

“Knife and engraving was really nice. Unfortunately, the tip of the blade had bent in the gift box upon delivery. This was a shame as it was a really nice father's day gift other than that.”

“I was disappointed that the case the cufflinks arrived in was not the same as what I had seen in the website image. They were also dirty and I had to clean them as the silver was smudged and did not look very good when I opened the box. Overall I was disappointed when I saw them and wouldn't use this brand again.”

“Amazingly fast delivery! Item looked great but sadly one of the handles has a hole in the leather but I only noticed this when my husband had opened the present on Christmas Day. It’s a shame as it looks really nice otherwise.”
