“Excellent customer service. On 8-12-2025, at 20.59 I wrote to customer services realising I'd made an error in the text I'd wanted on a gift for my daughter. I wasn't expecting much joy, as the automated response suggested 48 hours for a response. Within 6 minutes (yes, 6 minutes), I'd received a response from Jake to confirm he'd corrected, what was clearly my mistake. Thank you Jake.”

“I ordered a lovely walnut chess board from Farrar & Tanner as a Christmas gift for my son. Unfortunately, upon arrival, there was some slight damage to the board. I contacted customer services and they were kindly able to promptly send a no fuss replacement. Excelllent work! Thank you very much!”
