“I ordered a pair of Darlington Crystal Ruby wine goblets for a Ruby wedding anniversary gift, but unfortunately they were not packaged well and arrived smashed. I emailed the company and got an immediate apology and refund”

“Really happy with the service, the original item I ordered was out of stock, but I was contacted by a member of the team, who offered the choice of another item as replacement. I found this hip flask instead and delivery was rushed to avoid delays at no extra cost. The hip flask is beautiful, really lovely present and my partner is very happy with it. I did have it engraved elsewhere as my message exceeded the character limit on the website. Would happily buy again and recommend to others looking for gifts.”
