“I ordered the slow cooked belly pork and it was the tastiest piece of pork we've ever had. The ratio of meat to fat was perfect. The easiest pork to crisp up and get crackling on and plenty to eat over Christmas and still have some to freeze for another time. Trust me this product did not dissapoint!”

“Not tasted beef that good since I was a child. Everyone commented on it and how good it was cold too. Turkey was well flavoured too- the dark meat was amazing.”

“Our preferred meat for Christmas is pork, this year I ordered a porchetta joint from Famison's - which was something new for us. I cooked as instructed by Jeff Baker and the results were exceptional, moist and flavoursome meat while the crackling was simply the best in the world, ever! Can't wait to try it again.”

“Last year I ordered the apricot stuffed turkey wrapped in bacon. I was really impressed, especially that the stuffing kept the meat moist whilst cooking. Therefore I ordered the same this year. I was not impressed this time around. Only a small amount of stuffing that was all towards the back legs, this made the majority of it dry. I may as well of had a turkey crown, it would have been a lot cheaper for the same result. The Venison meat loaf was nice however.”

“Bought as a Christmas gift. The quality of the meat was fantastic. However, I note that the best before dates were prior to Christmas! I suppose that was my fault and the recipient has a freezer. Excellent customer service.”
