“From a very easy-to-use website, I ordered a selection of meat, which allowed me several options for getting the meat. The options were all very easy to follow and I found the process very user-friendly. Each piece of meat had a detailed description of it so it was easy to make the correct selections for my requirements. The option that I selected was to pick it up from their shop in Ripon. When I arrived get the meat, the staff were all very friendly and helped with me the queries that I had about my order. Then we had the meat, it was by far the best meat that I have ever had, it was so tender and succulent it was just an incredible taste. Everyone that it was bought for enjoyed it immensely. Some people may think that it might be a little bit too much to spend on a piece of meat but it was more than worth it.”

“Ordered 3 saddles of lamb for 4-6 people. When they arrived the joints were very small and not as at all as illustrated. Had to use 2 joints for 5 people and it all went.”

“V disappointed. After several years of lovely products from Farmison, this year’s roast was tough and fatty and had a strange taste despite being cooked exactly to instructions . No one wanted any- wound up throwing most of it out.”

“Every Christmas I have been on an eternal quests to get the best quality meat for the festive period. Have tried Waitrose, M&S and independent butchers, all to no avail. However, with Farmison & Co there is no need to look any further. Their ties heritage sirloin of beef was probably THE best we have had anywhere and the slow cooked belly pork was simply stunning and flavoursome. I know they will have our custom for years to come whilst the quality of their meat is so good. And the sous vide method means it is less time consuming and easy to cook. 5* from me.”

“The Christmas 3 bird roast of turkey , pheasant and duck with cranberry, chesnut and smoked bacon stuffing was stunning - succulent, flavoursome and easy to cook. Ordering and collecting was easy (we live locally), the 15% promotional discount was a very welcome bonus, and everyone thought the roast was delicious. The gravy, pigs in blankets and apricot/chestnut stuffing were also superb. A triumph!”
