“All of my orders have arrived well packaged. The plants have all been in good condition. Additional information is included which is always useful whatever standard of Gardner you maybe. Excellent service & good offers. Well worth watching out for the occasional offers.”

“I am yet to receive my order. Very little response from Customer Services, despite contacting them 4 times! This company was recommended to me by a friend, I wish I hadn’t ordered from them, nothing but hassle. If the plants do arrive, I’ve no doubt they will be dead. I’m very disappointed.”

“I have used Farmer Gracy numerous times and they are a great company to order from. Lots of choice, easy to order, very good communication about your order (don’t expect it to be delivered next day- or even in the same week) and delivery is also reliable. All that is great and not necessarily unique, but what has impressed me most is how quickly and positively they respond to any issues. I have had a few issues but I have always been impressed and happy with how they respond with an apology, when one is due, advice when it is needed and a replacement item when necessary. Congrats to the team and keep up the great work.”

“The plants arrived in great condition with lots of peat free compost around every one. They’re all planted out, some in pots until they’re bigger. The roses are in pots but I will plant them out in the autumn when they are established. Brilliant plants as usual. Thank you.”

“Bulbs and bare roots seem in good conduction some minor damages (I think). It would be nice to have some visuals/ pictures for first time buyers/ gardeners on how to put the bare roots into the soil. Not sure if I have them all the right way up. Fingers crossed something grows.”

“Ordered a bare root Decentra. Arrived on time in good package. Potted it following the enclosed instruction. I honestly cannot believe that after only 4days it has leaves. Fantastic.”
