I have received a few orders now from Farmer Gracy all has been good. On this occasion one of the 5 large bulbs I received recently was mouldy so I have emailed twice asking for a replacement bulb to be sent. I have heard nothing since.

I've been buying bulbs and roots for a few years now. Every year I say I won't buy anymore. My success rate is not great, specially with roots. Not all of them survive. Can't say it's FG or my fault but sometimes you can tell straight away the root is not good as soon as you open the box. They look rotten, as if they had been in water for a long time. Could be the delivery time to Ireland? I don't know for sure. So, overall my experience is a mixed one.

I order my spring bulbs from you every year & normally they they all bloom with great effect,but this year two lots of bulbs didn’t show at all,they came up as usual but didn’t bloom they were black parrot & ice cream banana.i am just wondering if any one else had the same situation.i shall still be ordering from you because you bulbs are lovely Thank you

15 Bare root grasses, variable sizes but all seemed healthy PLEASE DON'T USE EVRI FOR LIVE MATERIAL THEY HAVE LOST SEVERAL PARCELS AND MOST ARE DELAYED, THEY TELL LIES ABOUT DELIVERY AND THEIR TRACKING IS A MASTERPIECE OF FANTASY FICTION

I bought some bare root perennials and some tubers in the sale. They were all starting to sprout when they arrived. Which is probably not optimal but not unexpected with the lateness of the season. The packaging was excellent as were the information leaflets. They all seamed in great condition. I am looking forward to see how they grow. The bergamot had been placed upside down and sprouting through the roots but I don’t think it would do it much harm.

I can't resist, I order often from Father Gravy because the plants are just so good! I haven't had anything fail to grow even when I've planted very late. Delivery is good, with regular updates. Highly recommend.

I didn't receive the white feather that was pictured, the trailing flower called Ruby, had been replaced with 2 roses one of which was dead and the other is very week. Altogether disappointing

I have purchased a small number of plants from you for a few years. I have been disappointed with my last two orders, particularly the last, so much so that I don't feel like ordering from you in future. The plants I ordered - Clematis 'Mrs Cholmondeley' and Clematis 'Pink Flamingo', were so small that I thought they were not in the packaging. I have carefully potted them on in the hope that they will survive, but it looks as if it will take years from them to be strong enough to plant out. If I had known this, I would probably not ordered them. I am very disappointed.

Hello, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed with your Clematis. These are small when supplied however they are a naturally vigorous plants. We recommend that these are potted up until there is established growth, they can then be planted out. Hello, Dahlias generally take around 4-6 weeks to begin sprouting. When they start to sprout depends on many factors, like the stage in the season, temperatures and the variety. Bulbs received (Martagon Lily, Acidanthera murielae and Gladoilus byzantinus italicus) were biggest and most healthy ever received. Packing was very good, so bulbs arrived in good health. Arrival was within timeframe stated. Will definitely use Farmer Gracy again.
