As much as I like Farmer Gracy plants I have had quite a few bulbs that haven’t come to anything.

Products and website are excellent. So too is customer service. Regretably, FG use Hermes as courier, hence only a score of 3. Hermes is woefully managed and unreliable, I am no longer staying in for delivery dates that can be wildly in error. I cannot remember when a Hermes delivery last arrived at the scheduled time. We no longer do business with companies that employ Hermes, so with some regret, I have closed my account with FG.

Nerines came in mixed sizes,in one pack two of the three were mouldy,just hoping they grow.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have concerns about your Nerines. Bulb size does vary naturally, and smaller bulbs don't necessarily indicate that the flowers will be smaller - as perennials, these should grow larger each year. A little mildew is usually no concern, and as long as the bulbs feel firm to the touch they should still grow as normal. If in doubt, please contact us at customercare@farmergracy.com. Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you have concerns about your Astilbe. Roots do vary in thickness naturally, and thinner roots don't necessarily indicate that the flowers will be smaller - as hardy perennials, these will produce larger flowers each year as the roots establish themselves. How can I review a bulb until it has grown into something? It was delivered in a box. Its planted. Whether it does all that was promised us yet to be relieved. What do u want a pi true of? The earth I p ln wanted it in? Ridiculous

still waiting for plant that was missed off my order apart from that my amaryllis bulb I had earlier on in the year was fantastic 2 x 2ft tall stems with 5 large flowers on each

Bulbs and plants all very good but delivery through Hermes not!!!!!! The 2 to 8 days always seems to be the later!!!!!

My order of 5 aconitum carmichaelii andressii arrived as per schedule and 3 of the small plants looked ok and like aconitums, however, the other 2 were more like rhizomes and look quite different to the others. I have planted them all and will just have to wait and see how they grow

Delivery was very slow, I received notification that the courier were expecting my parcel but it was a week before it was actually sent. The actual tuber was very small, I’ve actually seen them in a chain store for £3 and they are Atleast x4 the size. I’m actually really disappointed and not likely to order from here again

Lots of damage to the dahlia tubers. Not sure if they will grow or not. I have planted them and hoping for the best.

I will reserve judgement until I know things have come up. Just potted up Dahlias and several tubers were broken and it looked as though the stalks had been savaged with a pair of blunt secateurs.

Ordered 2 Dahlia tubers which I recently received. One of the tubers was very good but the other Cafe Au Lait Supreme was pathetically poor. Doubtful if it will grow. Order no.FG649228.

Such good reviews but was disappointed with the Begonias that I ordered last year. I was expecting loads of flowers but got very large leaves and a few flowers that didn't last long. I followed instructions so don't know what happened.

Hello, Begonia tubers will naturally produce large leaves and will flower prolifically throughout summer and into autumn given the correct conditions and planting time. Avoid feed unless it is a potassium feed, as fertiliser containing nitrogen can cause additional leaf growth instead of flowers. Ordered early to ensure bulbs were shipped in September however come October & no dispatch email. Customer services were unapologetic at the delay with a “it is what it is” attitude. Shame really as the bulbs (once they eventually arrived..!) were really good size. Too early to say how well they will flower as it’s still winter - il keep my fingers crossed!
