Order just recieved, took 12 working days. Box seal broken and box open. One bag of bulbs missing. I have contacted Farmer Gracy but regardless of outcome I will not be reordering . Their use of Hermes has stopped me from ordering from Farmer Gracy again. Once bitten , never again.

Took a while to arrive and lacking in update on progress. When arrived very well packaged and presented, 1 bulb was rotten.

The Amarhyllis bulbs came with a damage, half of them where lightly rottened on the surface and up today, they didnt start growing. The labels , fixed with a gum on the bulb, were loose, so by now i planted them as surprise, because i cant see which bulb is which colour.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that some of your Amaryllis bulbs may not be healthy. Usually the name tags are secured with elastic bands. Providing the bulbs are firm, they should grow well, however they don't always start to grow straight away. Can not fault the bulbs, look very good quality. However let down by the length of time they took to dispatch, & using Hermes as a courier meaning they took even longer to arrive.

Moat of the bulbs were good but some Allium and Fritlaria bulbs sadly had some mold on them Kind regards Ola

The quantities were correct, but the size of each bulb was inconsistent, some being very small indeed. I have planted them all and await the results. Not sure I would buy in the sale again. Service however was very good.

Marked 'Acceptable' as overall review of this purchase. Perhaps the bulbs will be Very Good but it's been 3 weeks since order and I don't have them yet so a bit soon to be asking for a review. According to the online tracker they haven't even reached the 'out for delivery' stage yet. Will likely be almost a month until they arrive which makes me hesitate about buying again.

Went to plant bulbs and found 4 rotten ones that just crumbled in my hand. The rest look fine. Shame but I guess some will rot. Apart from this, delivery good. Will use again.

Later in the season, bulbs can start to deteriorate and if we find that remaining stocks are no longer in a good condition for planting we issue a refund. Recent order of fritillaria imperialis bulbs - 1 bulb out of 3 was rotten, so not very happy. Previous orders of dahlia bulbs were a bit hit and miss also.
