I ordered 2 bare root Astrantia Sparkling Stars Pink, which arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. Unfortunately, there was a huge disparity in size and health, the large strong bare root is responding well to being potted on, the small weak one not so much. I have emailed to warn you I will be contacting you if the poor specimen fails. Could do better.

I have ordered from Gracie several times now and quality of goods , service and price has been excellent every time. I will certainly be back I just wish I had a bigger garden!! Ian.

We have been buy plants from Farmer Gracy for a couple of years and always very pleased with the plants we had an order last week and one plant was missing I contacted them at the weekend which was also Easter holidays they got back as soon as the holiday was over and a plant is now on its way plus I've just done another order 😀 because I can't find anywhere that has such good prices 😀

I can’t think of anything negative in my first experience of ordering from Farmer Gracy. The website is easy to navigate, a special request was dealt with promptly and helpfully, packaging was excellent and the bulbs etc look very good. I’m looking forward to seeing them flower!

Hello, I am very disappointed with the delivery of the plants I bought. My purchase was made the 31th of March and was delivered the 23rd of April because the 17th we were not at home as it was a holiday week. The plants delivered were in a very bad state, I have planted them but I doubt they will do well. Best, Virginia Figueras

Disappointed! The bulbs arrived in a big box, all but the dahlias in thin plastic bags. The delphiniums were shooting but in half of the packets the shoots were broken off. There was far too much room in the box with no wrapping or padding, so they obviously had been tossed about. No response from customer service so far….

Literally no instructions for individual plants, just had to plant them and hope for the best. Not good after paying thirty five pounds.
