Excellent Service! Spring Bulbs have arrived and I can not wait until they flower, excited to see, but such a long dreary winter ahead first. In December will place my order for Calla Lillies this summer's display was wonderful and I have only just emptied the pots.

I received my bulbs within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately although it is clear in the Ts and Cs there will be a wait for delivery it would have been nice to receive regular updates. I haven't planted them yet so cannot comment on their quality.

Hello, Bulbs and plants are shipped seasonally and we apologise that we are unable to notify all customers regular updates - some bulbs and plants are harvested in July and are ready to go at the start of our autumn shipping, others are not harvested and ready to go until September, harvest time rely upon the weather. Since all varieties in the range have the same planting time and orders are shipped complete, we therefore have to allow quite a broad estimated shipping time window for the start of the season. I ordered a selection of tulips and narcissi plus five white erythroniums on the earlybird offer. When they arrived I opened the bags and left them in a north facing porch out of the sun. When I came to plant the erythroniums I found they were completely rotten.....something very unusual for Farmer Gracy. I photographed the offending bulbs and sent it to FG. They responded almost immediately and very apologetically. New bulbs were sent by return and they were excellent, as most of FG's bulbs are. Thank you Farmer Gracy, they are now in the ground!

I was absolutely delighted with my bulbs looking forward to getting them planted and waiting till spring to see the flowers bloom and colours they are going to produce i love spring it’s such a beautiful season the quality of my bulbs so happy to recommend this company

I received my Bulbs this week and I found the whole service a very smooth process. I cannot comment about the Bulbs in the sense of Growth as I have not done anything with them yet?

Some plants arrived dead or dying. Quite the palarva to get, in the end, a partial refund. Instead, sent replacement plants which arrived when I was on holiday despite me saying as much. Polite communication but very disappointing aftercare. For this reason I won’t buy from Farmer Gracy again.

Bulbs are great. Good choice and well packed. Unfortunately I continue to have problems with your use of Evri to deliver them. This time they dropped them at a house a half a mile away. They showed in the map and the picture they were not delivered to my house. I think I’ve had problems with most of my FG deliveries in the past two years. They are hopeless.

The tulips hulbs I purchased were very large & healthy so I'm sure they will produce the usual magnificent blooms in the spring.

Mostly pleased with Farmer Gracie bulbs, occasional failures. Possibly due to weather. Normally very large size compared with 'packeted' bulbs in garden centres or shops.
