For the first time I am disappointed with the company. I had delivery of a Geum which had very poor chances of survival so I informed you and was sent a replacement. However, if possible that was a plant even more unlikely to survive - basically just a small clump of dead looking roots. At least the first specimen had a shoot, albeit limp and lifeless. There was no point in complaining again so I am left, as I said, disappointed. I can only hope one of them survives !

Poor communication and lack of response regarding a recent order which had missing items when delivered. Have had no reply in spite of 2 emails sent to customer care.

Colocasia bulbs described as baseball size, mine were more like golf ball size.

Would like to give a good review but my buying experience was disappointing. When order received it was incomplete. A replacement was received but I will not be ordering from you again.

I’m disappointed in the quality of the products. From my first order (end 2022) only a minority came to flower. I reordered (beginning 2023) and was promised a free gift, which I did not receive. Again poor to no success. I did want to give it a third go and received beginning of April my bulbs and perennials. The perennials are really poor quality 😱 half of them i had to put on the compost heap. Only one is hardly surviving. My dahlias do not show any life yet. For the bulbs I need to wait 🤞 I do not think I will give it another try.

Disappointed with the agapanthus I received. Out of 5 plants 2 had no sign of growth on arrival and despite planting them still no growth. The 2 no growth were the ones I really wanted and now out of stock . Don't think I'll be ordering again from you.

3 roses arrived dead. Had to send photos and e mails to eventually get a refund as they were out of stock. Couldn’t make out how the packers would send plants that were very obviously dead!! I did go through all the procedures to make sure they were all gonners.

These were not bulbs but Perenials. The packaging was good but the plants were poor, just sticks with little growth, now potted up and in the conservatory. I certainly could not put them outside, as directed by the enclosed note.

Very disappointed with the Thomas E Edison Dahlia tuber I received. Tubers were hanging off and would have no further growth. Those that remained were soft and I saw no sign of any eyes.

Hello, We're sorry to hear that there are concerns regarding the condition of this order received. Dahlia tubers can be quite fragile and during harvest they can suffer light damage. Bent tubers which appear cracked where they join the neck are common and this won't usually have an impact on the performance of the plant. Any dahlias that appear severely damaged, with multiple broken tubers which are barely attached will require replacing. Please kindly send an email to customercare@farmergracy.com so we can assist. The bulbs and tubers are very good. Transaction is smooth. Unfortunately your bare rooted perennials let you down.Out of three one is ok , second may survive with some intensive care and third only fit for the compost. I had this problem again on my last order and this time send you a message. No answer yet. I am better off buying these plants in a garden centre. They are there a bit more expensive, but they don’t need nursing along or being thrown away

I bought ( at a fair expense ) a number of bulbs from you in July 21. The Narcissus tripolo failed to grow, the tulip Caribbean parrot gave one bloom last year and nothing this year and the tulip charming lady similar. The oxalis versicolour I believe was my own fault as should have planted in a pot. So from an order of £72+ I have had approximately only half growing. I have bought some other plants this year - shall wait and see!

This is my first year of ordering from FG. I have found the success rate quite poor unfortunately. For example, 3 Astrantia pink pride have been placed in pots and not one has taken. I would say of all my orders, the success rate would be 2 thirds at best. The plants arrive with very pink shoots that have not hardened off or grown green. I have a sheltered garden, with no recent frosts. I think your plants should be allowed to grow on more before despatch.

They should all have some shoots on arrival which continue to grow after they are potted. Plants were in poor condition when unpacked, which I did as soon as they arrived. I have now potted them up but I don’t have great hopes for their survival.

I have become disappointed with my purchases. The bare roots have tiny, frail shoots and some invariably don't survive. At the moment I am worried about my recent purchases and also I had no show with 2 poppies bought last Autumn and a persicara I purchased recently. I was looking forward to my thalicitrum but its so tiny I don't see it being any use this season, the same is said for 2 Astrantias bought last year. The growth is so small I don't see them doing well this year either. I would rather spend my money on reasonably sized plants that I can enjoy in the season I bought them therefor I will be going to my local nursery in future as I don't see your plants as value for money.

These were bare rooted geraniums. I ordered 12 but possibly only received 2 different varieties. It would have been helpful if they were labelled. Over half seemed very forced through lack of light. Long, weak stems.

Normally very good but recently disappointing. One of the bare root packages had nothing in it. Then the replacement was a different product. Still haven’t resolved. Two days without a response so far.

I am sorry that i am not able to write a good opinion after my experience. I believe the agapanthus ( FG3394609 ) when it Holland would be a quality plant and fine. You use evri to deliver them, the first must have been very badly damaged as they returned it to you before delivering to me. The replacement arrived damaged that the driver said i could refuse it, however i accepted it because you could be sending replacements plants for ever. You are not the only. one plant seller to me has had two damaged delivery's out of three

I get frustrated when you ask for reviews as soon as plug, or tubla, has been received. Not even having a chance to plant or grow on. So as it happens, I don't think i would purchase again as still waiting for complete order. Also, some plants I received have died!!! not taken. Had I realised, some plants won't arrive until the end of May. So very late in my preparation. So feel unable to recommend, i'm afraid as Im not happy with my purchases.
