Purchased 3 Alstroemeria Marguerite bare roots, to be fair the package arrived in good condition. All have been planted as per the instructions in the same size pots with the same compost and kept under the same conditions, one out of the three has shown signs of life. As a first purchase I can't say I'm entirely happy.

I had a good show with my gladiator alliums las year, this year nothing very disappointed, but everything else I have ordered over the years has been good, just received Hosta will see how this does

sadly and despite perfect weather conditions only 3 of ll the bare root plants have come up. I took care to mark out where they were planted so I am confidet they were not disturbed

Epimedium Amber Queen - no life Salvia - Feathers Peacock - no life Baptisia Australis - no life Geum - orange pumpkin - no life Crocosmia planted - no sign of life yet So despite following planting instructions very disappointed with results

I have used farmer gravy twice now and unfortunately I was sent which seems a bag of compost with no plant in. The other bulbs and plants seem good. I have emailed 2 times now with no response and im little disappointed.

I won't deal with you again because of Evri the courier you use. I've had three deliveries this year, each time knocked on the door, dumped the parcel then drive off, need time to get to the door. If he had the sense to use the heavy brass knocker it would help, instead of his feeble tap on the wood!!

Ordered 3 White Feather hosta plants last year. Arrived well packaged all 3 sprouting. As they began to grow one of the plants was green and the other two were nowhere near the 'white' colour advertised! Very disappointed! And are very slow growing compared to my other hostas.

Ordering and delivery were fantastic but I’m incredibly disappointed by the bulbs. We bought a mixture of bulbs and planted all as advised on the instructions. Weeks later all seems to have died immediately…

I have had many excellent bulbs from Farmer Gracy and they are my go to company for good quality bulbs in eco-friendly packaging. However, I recent purchased three sets of agapanthus and it was, to be polite, a disaster. One of the varieties (Stockholm) was in moderate condition, some broken and rotten roots, but will likely pull through. The second variety (Umbellatus) was in very poor condition, most roots were rotten or broken, it is unlikely they will survive. The third and final variety (Fireworks) looked like it had been wrapped in polythene and left in the sun to rot for a couple of days (they were shipped in polythene bags which was a surprise). I contacted Farmer Gracy immediately as clearly there had been an (uncharacteristic) shipping disaster. So far they have only refunded for the variety Fireworks, and I am am left with thoroughly disappointing and unlikely to recover Umbellatus, while keeping my fingers crossed for the variety Stockholm. I have now sent three follow-up emails with no response. All I can say is that when they are good, they are great, but when they are bad, they are terrible. A pity really, because I like the eco-friendly packaging and nice post-cards. C'est la vie, no more purchases from me.

Not overly impressed. One of the plants was received as just a bunch of broken roots in a bag of soil with no signs of any life. Photos were taken and sent to customer support but no response received from the company. Apart from emails to make further purchases and leave a review which I am doing. Disappointing.

Only appeared to be 2 instead of 3 bare roots. One very wet and squishy, did take a photo but didn’t really show! Soaked as advised before planting and took off the really soft bits. Now just have to wait to see if anything comes through. I have put in pots in greenhouse for now.

I didn't buy bulbs, but for some reason your review request brought me to this page. Most of the plants I ordered were OK, although there were only 4 hollyhocks and a bare twig instead of 5. The Rosa Everglow Ruby, which was my main reason for ordering from you, and the most expensive item, has yet to show any sign of life after over 6 weeks

My first order of gladioli corms was disappointing as the corms were much smaller than I ever seen - there were 45, 15 more than the order said - but each corm so small. My second order - three of the 20 freesia corms appear to be totally dried out - they have been planted - but I won't hold my breath. The Cutie Pie minature rose arrived with two of its three tiny greeny yellow shoots broken off in the bag so am not expecting too much from it - the compost in the bag was very dry! For the first time I am disappointed with the company. I had delivery of a Geum which had very poor chances of survival so I informed you and was sent a replacement. However, if possible that was a plant even more unlikely to survive - basically just a small clump of dead looking roots. At least the first specimen had a shoot, albeit limp and lifeless. There was no point in complaining again so I am left, as I said, disappointed. I can only hope one of them survives !
