I would rather have a cheaper product save quality by getting rid of unnecessary gold foil stickers and booklets. Beautiful presentation but I’d rather save money.

Products are superb, ordering is easy and delivery swift but I wasn’t impressed with communication. I ordered just before going away on holiday and specifically asked for the V delivery to be delayed for 2wks. I had a reassuring email confirming this but Farmer Gracy went ahead to deliver it early. It’s just as well I had email access to notifications and could redirect the bulbs to a neighbour. Not good.

Great packaging and information however the actual products I have purchased have not lived up to the description. Certain begonias were very small in fact so small they failed, likewise croci (crocus) were very small. Gladioli were medium in size, the descriptions were top size and quality, this was not my experience with Gracy. My local supermarket sold top size quality bulbs which I could view prior to purchase. I believed Gracy’s advertisement and saddened at the results I received. Whilst Gracy offered minor refunds and replacements, it was top size with quality I expected from the start

Camassia bulbs good quality. The fritillaria were very dehydrated and I was not so pleased with them in comparison to others I purchased from other sources. I will see what happens in the spring. Also too much paperwork/promotion stuff with the parcel. Waste of resources.

The Jetfire bulbs look excellent. I have slight doubts about the Carice as there seemed to be a lot of half bulbs. Anyway they have all been planted so we shall see. As usual everything was very well packed and presented.

If they do not appear to be damaged, it is most likely that the bulb is flat on one side due to the way they multiply and are separated. Just about acceptable. The eremurus ‘Pinokkio’ was rather like the ‘Three Bears’ in size daddy bear was good mummy bear just about ok but baby bear was VERY small and emaciated!

The website is very good as is the selection of bulbs. I ordered in late July with a shipping date in September; I placed a second order in early September with a shipping date in September. In mid September I chase up the orders and they respond quickly. In an email they say they my orders will be packed ASAP and included within the next shipment. Only my September order arrives on 21st September. No July order. That arrives on 1st October and is delivered to the wrong address. As luck would have it, I know someone who lives at the address where it was delivered otherwise who knows. I chose not to raise this with either Framer Gracy or the courier... Just a bit frustrating tbh

Please note that some orders are shipped earlier than others due to the varieties in the order. Ordered four poppy plants, only two out of four have started to leaf up, one in particular did not have much roots in the bag to start with. Hoping the third will do something soon.

Hello, Some Papaver plants are supplied with shoots or leaves already and some do not have any shoots. They should all produce a small amount of growth during autumn. Do please get in touch with us if there is still no growth after another month or so. All the best, Fartmer Gracy Customer Care

I ordered back in May & got my plants a few weeks ago, at the right time for planting. However I'm receiving upto 4 emails a day its rediculous, so I'm going to have to un-subscribe.

The bulbs appear to be good quality. Unfortunately I received 10 Oscar tulips and 10 Gipsy Queen hyacinths instead of 20 Cupids collection tulips.

I was disappointed to find two mouldy bulbs in my pack of 10 HAWERA. Packing was good, bulbs were average. Ask me again when they have bloomed.Janet N
