“I felt that the herbaceous perennials that I ordered were delivered a little late in the growing season, developmentally they were quite 'behind" ,it will be several weeks before they have grown on sufficiently to be planted out. The delivery firm used was Evri, the box was quite battered in one corner and just a few of the new growth shoots were damaged.”

“Delivery via DPD is really bad. This resulted in a returned delivery and some of the items being out of stock for redelivery. Given the prices that you charge I would expect a more reliable carrier like PostNL or DHL”
