“I love the product but the color was so incredibly different from what it looked like online. I am aware that the enamel does not always come out the same every time but my items were orange, no where near the red they appeared to be on the website. I would have returned it if it wasn’t such a hassle to do it.”

“I was a little disappointed with your customer service. I friend tried to order plates and by accident she checked out without one set of plates. She called customer service the next day and asked if they could honor the first shipping fee which was $25 to order the plates she had forgotten to add to the shopping cart and they told her there would be free shipping on Black Friday (about 10 days away) to just wait until then. When Black Friday came around the plates were sold out because they had been marked down.”

“Lovely quality but it says pillarbox red but only the rim is that colour the rest of the pot is more of an orangery red which is slightly disappointing as it doesn’t match the rest of my kitchen pots.”

“Nice product, but customer service made us feel like they had done us a favour by not charging us postage to Europe, which we had to ask to be refunded to us after it was added on erroneously, even though it was clearly stated on the website that that was the case.”

“Lovely pigeon-grey teapot. Arrived well packaged. Unfortunately, the lid does not fit very snugly so will definitely need to hold onto lid when pouring tea as the lid falls out of the teapot. A shame really as the product looks good, but with a teapot it’s not all about the look.”

“I am very pleased with the mug, but i was also quite disappointed that it was made in China. I guess it shouldnt be a surprise but its just a shame we are no longer able to make these locally. I wonder if that could ever change? As a brand it strikes as a traditional British product, but i presume only the design and branding is local.”

“I love Falcon’s products, but couldn’t help feeling disappointed when my items arrived in a box filled with polystyrene. It is unnecessary. There are many packaging alternatives out there for companies willing to make a positive change. Please do better.”

Hello, Thank you for your recent order. Where possible, we only use recyclable packaging. Our cardboard boxes can be easily recycled at curb-side collections. The environmentally-friendly manufacturing process results in 30% less CO2 emissions and there is a 50% reduction in waste compared to standard double-walled cartons. The voidfill ‘ peanuts’ are made from natural occurring starch. They are 100% biodegradable and compostable. They contain no hazardous decomposition products, to protect the environment and create minimum impact once they have been disposed of. Please let us know if you need anything further. “I ordered 1 set of plates, deep plates and bowls to see, as i am in the market for a more durable replacement to china dinner service (fed up w chipping). So the product is great, stylish and would be completely perfect, but for the fact that the dinner plates are far too small. Its a real shame that standard sized dinner plates aren't available otherwise i’d have brought 12! We’re using the 4 i ordered for portioned controlled family dinners so not a complete waste! The deep plates are fab and very versatile, but no point buying more as dont have matching dinner plates. The bowls are ok, but rounder cereal bowl shaped bowls would be much better. Real shame because the look and feel is exactly what i want.”
