One of my two pitchers arrived without any enamel on the spout. Since it it mustard-colored, this was very noticeable, and, t was a gift. Too far to send it back to London. Disappointed!

Beautiful shape, multipurpose- but did not realize that unlike glass pitchers, these do not insulate cold drinks well- lots of condensation outside the pitchers, which dripped onto the table. Would not use these for iced drinks indoors- would be terrific outside, though.

Items bought as a gift as they were on a "wish list" but found them to be overpriced for what they are and what is available elsewhere. Order arrived quickly but for such a small item I found the shipping cost high. No branded gift wrap so overall, pretty unimpressed and underwhelmed. Gave a 3* rating as an honesty opinion and would personally prefer to shop elsewhere in future.

The product is very nice, but the shipping charges are ridiculous. $38 shipping on an $68 purchase.

Bought as an anniversary gift. It arrived on time . The jug shape and colour was perfect. However, the box the jug was packaged in was slightly damaged. When I unwrapped the jug from its brown paper I saw chips of enamelling within the paper. I looked carefully in the box and there were more chips in the base of it. The rim of the jug was damaged but not enough to make the jug unusable. I wondered if the label on the jug hinted at expecting a slightly used look. Had it not been for the time scale, I was tempted to return the jug. In the event, the recipients of the jug were very pleased and intend using it to rinse their young daughters' hair. All was well that ended well. Thank you.

I ordered one set of plates, one set of big bowls, one set of small bowls, and four pie dishes. I have not used them much yet so I am not sure how well they will last over time. For the price, I expected the quality and craftmanship to be higher with two specific disappointments. First, five of the pieces arrived with small chips or dings on the colored rims. Second, the pie dishes have very sharp edges and are not finished like the other items. I am concerned about cutting my hands when washing the pie dishes in the future. I decided not to follow-up with the company to address these issues because I did not want the hassle and cost of returning the pieces to the UK. The shipping was fast and the products overall feel heftier compared to other enamelware I have seen in the US so that is positive but so many imperfections on brand new, expensive items is disappointing.

Lightweight set. Colors are a bit less vibrant than expected. Both pitchers have enamel missing on rims. But I ordered them in France and don’t want to send them back to the U.K. will use for vases.

One of the set of 8 I ordered arrived with a chip at the rim. Too much hassle to return but very disappointing. Your packaging seems insufficient for overseas delivery.

It’s cute. It’s a little clunkier than I expected. But the color is nice and vibrant, and it will serve the purpose that I bought it for. The shipping took forever and beware the shipping costs! If I had realized how much I was spending on shipping, I probably would not have ordered it.

The color is beautiful and the pitcher is perfectly balanced. I did notice a 1/4 inch white color on the dark green handle of the pitcher. A flaw, I presume. I included that in the photo below.

Sadly, one of the 16 cups I ordered was chipped on the rim. I reported it and received a prompt response suggesting that perhaps I would like a refund instead of a replacement. I said I would prefer a replacement becauseeach set if 8 cups was a gift. So far, I have not heard whether I will receive the replacement.

The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Beautiful enamelware - no question asked. Am vying it for 5 years now. But. The fact that you don’t tell the client that he will pay 50 additional euro for delivery is kinda unfair. The taxes are understandable but the hidden delivery cost feels unfair.

Hi Sosina, Thank you for your order. As mentioned to you in our email correspondence, these are not hidden delivery costs. These are the taxes/customs fee you pay for importing a product to your country which is collected by the courier. These charges do not come back to us. Our delivery charge was charged and mentioned in the order process and you are exempt from UK tax. These are European taxes you had to pay to receive the order. I ordered Serving Tray White with Blue rim and red one and Condiment Set White with Blue Rim also. After a few days paid them, I received a message for order, so I thought I didn't paid them. But I received one more pack after received ont pack. I paid twice.....OMG. I don't know why this situation happen to me. Anyway I presented them to my friends and they liked them. And I'm also using the serving tray when I store ingredients after chopped.
