Hello, Thank you for your order. Since Brexit, customs & duty taxes apply to all international shipments. This is a charge taken by the courier for the importing country and is not a charge that comes back to us. We do state this on our website banner, confirmation email and our delivery terms. Looks Great- but must admit it is a Christmas present so it is wrapped ready to put under the tree. Although super happy about the speedy delivery and the online shop ended in.eu. I assumed it was an European shop- it is not!!’ Still send from England and therefore you get taxed afterwards. Be Careful!!!!!!

One set of pie dishes came with uneven finish and stains. One set was perfect. Also all other items were perfect. $485.00 worth of items and one sale set at $70.00 was not good. So all in all a fairly good product.

Initially very pleased with my little teapot, and it makes a lovely cup of tea, but I am so disappointed to find that despite my care, the lid has chipped already after being used for only a half a dozen uses. I would like a replacement, please.

Make sure you check the customsrates you have to pay when you order from the EU. The tea doesn't taste as pleasent after you received an customs invoice which is 20% of your purchase!

It's pretty, but not durable. Perhaps my misconception but our largest tray is now unusable after 6 months as the enamel has chipped off and continues to come away in slivers. We have not treated it roughly, although obviously something has caused the crack. I contacted customer support and their reaction was that they were not surprised. Treat with caution.

The item I purchased was supposed to be Pillar Box Red but was orange. I understand that the red colours do in fact vary but this is not helpful to me in wanting to build up a Pillar Box Red set. Very disappointing colour control.

Very good product, very good customer service but unreasonably high delivery costs. I would certainly expect lower delivery costs especially given that after Brexit there is no more VAT charged for delivery in EU but the sale price has remained unchanged.

I had been looking forward to getting Falcon enamelware for a while but when the ladles arrived chipped, I was taken aback considering how expensive these items are. My overall trust in the brand has been negatively impacted.

You are a shop. I see things. I pay you money. You send them. I get them. The end. Remember shops? They don't ask what you think - you just pay and walk out with the goods. That's the way I like the shop/customer relationship - simple.

Great quality products but we had a lot of problems with the delivery to Spain. Customers must be aware that now to EU you will have to pay a tax fee (over 50 euros) on delivery which we were not warned about when purchasing. When I complained about the unexpected and hefty fee I was told it was posted in the website clearly - which I was disappointed by as I dont think including that in the small print counts as transparency. We had loads of problems getting the package, Falcon didnt help us with the fee or offer to contribute any money (I didnt even get an apology) and response time was slow. Really not the best customer service I have ever received which is a shame as I really like the products and would have bought again if not for these issues.

Bonjour Falcon, dans un premier temps je souhaite validé le fait que vos produits sont de qualités et esthétiques. Cependant, je suis déçu de la non-transparence vis-à-vis des frais de douanes. Je suis décu d'avoir payer un total de 80€ pour deux supports d'oeuf et 4 assiettes, presque le double de la commande initial. La publicité instagram m'a déclenché cette achat, que j'aurai pu faire chez un indépendant sans payer de frais de livraison et encore moins 30€ de frais de douane. De plus, la commande est arrivé en j+7. Je ne critique pas vos produits, mais le service e-commerce. En esperant que vous comprendrez ma déception.

Disappointed that they are not made in the UK especially considering the prices. Also the glue used for the back labels is very difficult to remove and leaves a sticky mess behind it.

Love the enamelware but one of the jugs chipped almost as soon as I got it, so they're not very robust.

Being much longer than expected was a bit of a shock when opening the package and is proving to be a bit of a hassle as I’ve got to adjust all of my recipes to full the monster. Possibly a smaller option ?

NOT MADE IN ENGLAND. DIDN'T READ FINE PRINT OF MADE IN S.E. ASIA. VERY DISAPPOINTED, NOT WHAT I EXPECTED. GLAD I DIDN'T ORDER MORE THAN I DID.
