The 'perfectly imperfect' jug I bought was a disappointment. I am perfectly aware of, and a fan of, the concept of wabi sabi: the concept of the transience and impermanence of life. The jug I received went a bit beyond 'imperfect' and simply looks damaged. I had hoped to give that jug as a gift. I have kept it for myself. Sadly, it now lives in the closet.

The pitcher appears to be of excellent quality and it is beautiful. However the picture on the website conveys an unmistakable red collar as does the color name “pillarbox red”. But the product which arrived was orange, which was disappointing because my wife does not like orange and it cost around $25USD to ship to the United States and arrived just prior to Christmas … so I had to give it to someone else rather than return it given the shipping cost of returning and shipping another pitcher. I don’t leave negative reviews publicly, but I do believe in providing the honest feedback to a small business where my expectations were not quite met. Thank you for listening, it is a very nice pitcher.

Under impression buying UK made product. Therefore would justify expensive price along shipping high. To find made in China?! This is wrong. I made my costly mistake

I was amazed by how quickly my order arrived after I placed it. I really appreciate the quality of the products. I was dismayed, though, that when I emailed about one of the pieces arriving in damaged condition, I didn't hear back from the company.

Beautiful products but two arrived damaged. The information on returns online is non-existent (from what I can gather) and it's only once the parcel is opened that you discover the returns process is very tight in timescales. I still haven't heard back but I'm hoping the customer service for returning the damaged products is good!

I ordered the bakeware set and the large plates/bowls. The pictures showed a beautiful red color. The rim is that beautiful red, but the rest of it is orange. I am so disappointed with the color. I was also expecting a heavier baking pan. I have an old pan that I love and was hoping to find other bakeware that is the same as my old pan. These are light. I burned my scalloped potatoes for Easter dinner. That has never happened before.

I think at this price point the products should be manufactured in the UK rather than China.

The red teapot was so lovely. But when it was arrived in Korea, The enamel on the mouth of the teapot was cracked.

Purchased bake set and other items. Have used a few times. I was surprised to how light the trays are etc. Colour Strips are also poor round the edges and especially bottom side of trays etc. Family members have ‘old’ falcon products a lot heavier and blue strip thicker and distinctive. The proof in the products will how long it lasts. Hopefully for 50 years and more. Thanks John

I thought it would of come better packaged I have to now go buy a gift box etc £60 for a teapot would of expected higher end packaging

Hello, Since Brexit, all international orders are subject to a customs charge. This is collected by the courier for the importing country and not a charge that comes back to us. I purchased a tea pot. As much as I love the charming design, I wish it was bigger, say 40 oz. at least. I think they offer good color choices. However, there is one annoying design flaw, and that is the lid top. Because of the slick enamel finish, it is difficult to grasp it, to open the lid. especially when it's hot and one needs to use a pot holder. There's just not enough lid knob to grasp.

We ordered a set of pie dishes and they came on time and looked fine. However one had a tiny bit of grit inside the dish that wouldn't pick off. While it's unlikely to affect the underneath pastry, I've not gone to the hassle of asking for a replacement but it's rather disappointing that this small defect is there.

I was doing some research on non toxic baking pans and FE kept being the number one on my search end. So I purchased it based on their info and reviews( sounded genuine). I was disappointed; the material Is so fragile and cheap, And Made in China. Now I’m wondering if it’s actually safe to cook. I wish I can return it.
