Fast delivery, well packed. Happy with quality of ladle and one spoon. However the second spoon must have missed quality control: disappointed to see several small bites to the enamel around the edge.

I have only given three stars despite really liking the products due to poor customer service & quality. One of the three pinch pots I purchased was damaged. I contacted Falcon & sent a photo but so far I have had no response.

Finally, I thought, some proper heavy duty, British made enamelware, to last a lifetime.... everything pointed to it... all the details & information on the website leads one to believe that here was some traditional, top quality enamelware, made in England since the 1920s On receiving the baking set in the post, I was surprised at the lack of weight it contained...& then, there it was...a small sticker in a corner of the box...’made in China’! Suffice to say we were a little disappointed, not to mention saddened to see that. That said, we have been using it on a lightly used basis for a couple of weeks now & it’s been fine so far but obviously time will tell. Come on, Falcon.. let’s have it made in England again... most of us, I suspect, would have no issue in paying a little more for home grown, top quality goods!

If you write to us on info@falconenamelware.com we would always replace a damaged item. I was disappointed in the "sauce" dishes. I thought it was oval from the picture, and deeper. They are truly tiny so not sure why it would be called a sauce dish.

One option only for shipping, even tho item purchased thru Faconware USA it shipped from UK. Shipping cost nearly 75% of item cost. Only option was Fed Ex 2 day whIch then became Fed Ex 7 day, without refund offered. Item was then apparently back ordered, again without notice. Though I ordered well before the birthday of the recipient it was still late. I am told the item is lovely, and I believe it is. However I will not be ordering from this company again due to lack of transparency regarding shipping and it’s exorbitantly cost.

I ordered a huge order from Falcon, and apparently I needed to pay a fee of around 13% to FedEx. I did not know that and it should appear right at the check out section, so I can know what is the final amount I will pay. Overall the products are high quality but the service was not as good. I emailed and the answer I got was "it is written in our terms and conditions so we cannot help". A high-level service would never email answer like that.

My ladle arrived badly chipped. I didn't complain as there are greater concerns during a global pandemic but I was disappointed. I am a fan of Falcon and have many other items already. They wear their chips well for a vintage look but it is disappointed to get something new that's already chipped.

I was under the impression that Falcon produced their enamelware in the UK. Unfortunately, all products are made in China. I'm quite disappointed that Falcon does not identify the country of origin on their website--very misleading. The products I received were poorly made with many defects and rough edges. For the price I would expect higher quality. --John Clausen, Los Angeles

All three items I have bought recently are well-finished and well-designed for purpose, although they feel lighter than I remember. Disappointed that they are now made in China, but there's always Riess.

I really thought everything was made in uk, but when I've seen the label with "made in china" write on it I was really disappointed.

Fine dishes, but not worth the expense. They scratch easily and when they first arrive they’re not even fully painted properly (specifically the tumblers). Additionally, if you’d like to make an exchange, sending back your items can cost more than the enamelware items themselves.

I was a bit disappointed with the ‘pillar box red’ baking tins, as they were more burnt orange and didn’t go with any of the red, white and blue dinnerware I have. Also, I thought the coating looked quite blobby and a bit messy so I won’t be buying more I’m afraid.
