Beware false advertising for Welcome discount codes conflicting with Free postage. You can’t have both. And if you happen to order items that are on a different offer they don’t bother to let you know about that either. Customer service couldn’t be bothered to come back to me after I sent them a screen shot saying I should have had free delivery. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I can’t say anything about your product yet becauseI have yet to receive it. I do know that I have to pay an extra €43.74 for delivery. This has made your product over priced and not good value.

Thank you for your order and we hope you receive it soon. Your tracking states it will be delivered Feb 19th. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country. Sadly it arrived damaged but they very quickly refunded the money. Service was very good, but given it was very well packed surprised enamel was missing.

Just bought this 3 Pint Jug I thought it going to be durable Jug for life, but how I was wrong, even before I started to use it it slipped out of my hand fell on the carpet and enamel went off (I have attached the picture), so now it useless I can’t put it in front of the people nor guests nor I want myself watch to a black holes on the top of the Jug. I just want to warn customers enamel is not durable, after every single bang (even on the soft carpet) enamel will peel off.

Dear Emma, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware Team Kind regards,

The enamelware has chips and dings in the coating. On top of that I was hit with a really high customs fee, which I dont mind but wish I would have been informed of beforehand. (At least that such a fee could happen.)

I guess I may have missed it, but I did not see that China makes your product on your website. How I though it was an original UK product. "An icon of British home life since 1920." Was so hoping it was. Too costly to return, and then you have a 20% on the Pillarbox Red color, after I place my order. I realize it is not just you. Everything is coming from China. Too bad really.

We have been very disappointed by the fact that we had to pay 70€ for custom clearance and duty over a value of 166€. Once connected to the site www.falconenamelware.com I have been redirected to the site eu.falconenamelware.com which, as far as I know could be placed somewhere in Europe. No indication at all that it was placed in UK with, after Brexit, custom duties.

I ordered a loaf tin on 12/9/20 as a Christmas gift. I paid $25 for FedEx express shipping. To date (12/28), item not yet received. Falcon needs to set realistic expectations regarding shipping to the U.S. I realize this is a FedEx issue, but the Falcon website advertised a much more expeditious shipping timeframe which proved to be patently untrue.

Terrible customer service. I was sent the wrong item and I was expected to not only pay for the return shipping to return the item, I was expected to then pay $25 for the shipping of the correct item. So that over $60 in shipping fees for a set of plates that cost $40, insane! Also on my original order I added the set of plates so my original order would qualify for free shipping, so when I had to return an item in that order the replacement should also qualify for that original free shipping. Super disappointed with the rude customer service I received, will never buy from Falcon again and I have no use for the set of plates that were sent in the wrong color so donated them to charity since returning them would cost more than they are worth.

Hi Lauren, As mentioned to you over email and on your previous post - you did not get sent the wrong colour. It was the colour you selected. If it was an error on our part we would have sent out a new set to you free of charge. However, as the error didn't lie on this end we would want you to send back the plates before issuing a refund.
