The product is great. The delivery is SUPER expensive and took forever. When I opened I realized I wanted a bigger cup. But, the return policy is such that it only gives you 14 days from date of purchase to return! Well, it took at least 3 weeks to receive them , so there was no way to return! Will not purchase from them again.

After waiting 3 weeks for the item I ordered it finally arrived. It appeared to be a return, based on the poor packaging. When I opened the package and examined the product, it was clear that the spout was cracked and there was no enamel on it. Now I’m attempting to return it but the shipping is about $40.

Hi Mark, Apologies for the damaged item you received, I am afraid that occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. As mentioned in my email to you, I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you which will be dispatched tomorrow. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot. Pretty hard to review a product that has yet to ship after three weeks. I can see the fedex label was created over a week ago too but hasn’t been sent out. To add insult to injury the products I ordered are now on sale.

**Review** I ordered based on a New York Times article, expecting something special and well-crafted. The pictures on the homepage were stunning. However, the items I received were a disaster. The quality is the lowest grade of Chinese manufacturing. Out of over 20 pieces, not one was flawless. I also have serious doubts about the quality standards regarding toxic substances. Be warned, European customers will face customs fees and VAT, as well as high return shipping costs. Essentially, you are buying without a guarantee since you must cover the shipping costs.

All our products are hand finished and some imperfections may occur but if anything is damaged or you are unhappy with the items please email us with some photos on info@falconenamelware.com and we would offer to replace or refund the items. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. I received my pitcher and it was so damaged all the paint had been chipped off the pouring rim, exposing black crumbling metal. I cannot use this as a pitcher for drinks now. I don’t want to pay to ship it back to England so I’m stuck. The packaging they send it in is shoddy-my box was collapsed and mushy with the sides showing folds and creases.

Truly disappointing. They’ve moved production overseas, and quality has fallen through the floor. My pitcher arrived with enamel missing in some spots, and flaking away in others. The story of modern manufacturinv, squeezing a beloved product for ever more profit. The best I can say is that they did refund payment.

Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. All of our products pass UK standards tests and are Lead & Nickel free. Still waiting for shipment it was held up in customs. Company said it was my issue, but I am not an importer and do not have any information to get items out of customs. Company now is non-responsive. Hopefully someone will assist soon.

Fedex-Abzocke Nach den die Ware schon vor Wochen angekommen ist, ruft Fedex jetzt nochmal €23 auf. Bei einem Warenwert von €74,00 u. Versankosten von €15,30 waren die Steuern mit €0,00 angegeben. Das ist ja wohl das Letzte. War mein letzter Einkauf bei Euch, schade!

Hello, thank you for your order. The FedEx charge is a customs fee that is charged from the courier for the importing country. This is not a charge that comes back to us. I bought 117.72EUR worth of goods from Falcon, and was charged 34.26 EUR by FedEx 10 days after delivery. Falcon say it has nothing to do with them? Very disappointed by response.

I never did get to see my purchase. The carrier made it impossible to retrieve my package. Despite all my attempts it is now on its way back to Falcon Ware.

Love the colors but both arrived with huge chunks of missing paint. Explained to Falcon that nothing indicated shipping damage (no paint chips in box) but they still blamed shipping in canned response. Obviously was sent out damaged but they didn't own up to that or didn't bother reading emails. Would love to order more, but will not, based on poor response from Falcon.

You put 'Oyster Gray' on the shipping documentation and the products I bought, and paid expedited delivery for, are still in Customs Delay. They were sent to 'live animal control' because of the 'Oyster' notation on the documentation. AND, you have been impossible to reach to help resolve this.

"I am profoundly displeased with the purchase and shipping experience of an order I placed with your company. The delivery timeline has been excessively extended. At this moment, I am uncertain about the arrival time of the items I have ordered. It was intended as a Christmas gift! The issue lies in customs clearance into a European Union country, and I find it astonishing that your company did not anticipate this delay in the delivery times. Furthermore, it is even more ludicrous that potential customs charges were not considered at the outset. These are all concerns that should be addressed by the seller who promises efficient shipping. I have just contacted the shipping provider, and their response - almost Kafkaesque in nature - is that they do not know when the delivery will take place. Moreover, the shipping agent informed me that I am not their direct customer. Hence, it seems my satisfaction as a customer is irrelevant to both you and the shipping provider. I am inclined to believe that I will never make another purchase from your company. Never again, and I also intend to write numerous negative reviews about your services.

Hello Nicola, As mentioned in my email to you, we state that customs fee applies and delivery times are customs dependant. We cannot anticipate how long they take to clear certain packages.
