Hi Martin, As per our e-mail correspondence, occasionally products do get damaged during delivery. I have arranged for a replacement to be sent out to you. The damaged item is yours to keep, all of the materials used in our products are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. If you don’t want to use it for consumption, I recommend using it for storage or as a plant pot. Let me know if you have any other questions. Kind regards, The Falcon Enamelware team

Didn’t arrive as DPD didn’t attempt to deliver. Response days after my email saying it was received back to them, not very helpful or polite. Didn’t refund full postage. Customer service and postage needs improving. Wouldn’t order again or recommend

Until now, have not received my order. FedEx contacted me once, said it is to be delivered on a said date but until now nothing.

My set of Falcon bakeware pans were delivered a few days ago. I was so excited, until I saw 2 of the pans badly chipped. Of course, I had read about this in other reviews. It's so disappointing. Mind you, the packaging was not showing any damage. Just the pans. Poor quality control. Ugh!

Ahhh!! I fell in love with these in a Tasmania hotel when traveling to Austrailia. I purchased them for our home in North America. Used one to cook fish and in one use, the pan was stained! Tries everything to get it out. Also, the large pan came with a gouge out of the rim. Unfortunately they were shipped from Canada and to return was not efficient. I love the look and thought they would wear much more professionally.

Pretty disappointing to find out the vase was made in China and not the UK. I assumed with a $50 price tag was due to it being made in UK. Knowing it is China made it should be a fraction of the price. Rip off. But a nice design and colors.

Extremely disappointed that a famously UK brand is now making their products in China. I would not have purchased if I’d known that. Surprised to find the made in China sticker when they arrived.

Honestly, I was rather surprised when I realised the cups were manufactured in China. I assumed considering the price we were paying that they were made in UK. Really disapointed.

We love the history and tradition of Falcon but are extremely disappointed these are not made in the UK. We donated our last order and told all our friends and family never to buy from you. Until these become British made again then you are in no way an icon of British home life.

Disappointed! Not exactly what I expected. Size not what I thought. Edges are way too sharp, worried they will cut fingers. Went to return them and it cost more to ship back than what they are worth. A warning about that cost before purchase would have been nice. Shame on me for not realizing they were coming from England and had to be shipped back to England. Will throw them out so no one can get hurt using them. Won't be shopping with you again. Take me off your email list.

I was so excited to receive my falcon review and unfortunately it was stolen from my doorstep. I asked them to resend the order and unfortunately they said they could not because it had been successfully delivered. It was so disappointing.

I am really really disappointed with the baking dishes. We have had them just a few months and they have already started chipping both inside and outside, everything sticks to them, they’re really hard to wash and are so stained already. For the price I paid for these I expected much better quality. They were a birthday gift for my husband and he’s really not happy with them either so I also feel guilty. Would not buy again and will not recommend to anyone.
