I was sadly disappointed in my purchase. I was so excited and really wanted to love my new tea kettle, but it is wholly impractical. Not only does the enamelling suck, the lid is un-grabbable, and the spout pours horribly, sputtering and spurting boiling water all over. The handle is too small, thus rendering any hot pad you use to grab it with a burning, dangerous mess. I confess I expected the kettle to be bigger by at least twice the size. The rep was nice and refunded a bit of my money, but now I have a sixty-odd dollar purchase just sitting on my counter, collecting dust. Oh well, live and learn

I was looking for a replacement of plastic cups and plates for the children. I read the word 'unbreakable' on the website so ordered a set of bowls, plates and cups. Sadly, within 2 days, 3 items were chipped- two had been dropped, so a chip is understandable in that case - and one just knocked when putting it into dishwasher. They were chipped on the outside and inside with rust and bits of coating coming off in water. I asked the company for replacements but they refused. I would not order again - the quality of finish is poor.

Hello, As mentioned to you over email, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Team

Ordered some mugs, after first usage and first dishwasher wash a chip of the coating came off. Contacted customers service and they said it's normal. I am disappointed and surprised considering that you are significantly more expensive than competition. Customer service was not great either to be honest

Got wrong info. Lost time. Lost tax refund. Lost money. The parcel never arrived. Got excuses. DPD phone atention was awful. Someone replied saying I did not ask for the color by mail. Made it At least twice. I feel like someone was playing a joke to me.
