Because of Brexit, custom fees are added. Even if the store put a link to these fees, they don't write it on the bill and it appears like 0€. So you think it's ok, you don't have to pay it and it's included in the price (also expensive !). BE CAREFULL !!! DON'T BUY IN THE UK STORE ANYMORE IF YOU ARE OUT OF UK !!! You will have to pay these customs fees, moreover with a new tax because it's not paid at the beginning (7,2€ and custom fees). run away far from this thieves website !!! They won't do anything for you, just honey words...

Unfortunately my loaf tin arrived chipped on the corner with a sharp edge so I can’t use it but all the other pieces are lovely.

I love Falcon enamel and splashed out out on a pie set. 2 pieces arrived chipped. I rang and emailed Falcon 2 days ago and have not had a reply. Very disappointed.

After one year of very infrequent use, the set of mugs and tumblers we purchased have chipped. Very disappointed in the quality and longevity of the items.

Very unhappy with the product, looks a lot smaller and cheaply made than the website showed. Also had to pay lots in duty to get it shipped to Canada even though I ordered from US website. Will not be ordering again.

The small one pint jug in red looks very nice but, unfortunately is completely useless. It doesn't pour! No matter how full it is, it makes a big mess when you try to use it. It's literally the worst jug I have ever used! I can't understand how it can be designed so badly. I have asked to return it because it is not fit for purpose but they will not refund the cost of postage.

I think that the products Falcon Enamelware makes are truly lovely, but the customer service and the communications regarding order fulfillment are very poor. I placed an order very early in the morning of March 29th for $279 dollars worth of goods and have asked your staff repeatedly for assistance and follow through, and yesterday, eighteen days later, with no genuinely concrete help with order fulfillment, I finally wrote and said please do something concrete to offer supportive help today, or else cancel and refund immediately. I received no reply from your staff to yesterday'semail, and have never received the $279.00 order either. With no goods and no refund......I cannot recommend this company to others.

My fault, too small for a group and and afford to return. Cost more to ship back $240. that it cost to buy them $150. Very disappointed!

Absolutely dissatisfied with customer service. Incomplete and misleading site information. I returned the order because it says on the invoice that they are made in China! what's English tradition!???!!! I have not yet been reimbursed. Bad experience. But above all the customer service that is not even able to respond appropriately to the emails.

My second shipment has not yet arrived. The refund for the first shipment, which I requested, was only issued after much delay, and only when I followed up.

Beware false advertising for Welcome discount codes conflicting with Free postage. You can’t have both. And if you happen to order items that are on a different offer they don’t bother to let you know about that either. Customer service couldn’t be bothered to come back to me after I sent them a screen shot saying I should have had free delivery. Won’t be ordering from them again.

I can’t say anything about your product yet becauseI have yet to receive it. I do know that I have to pay an extra €43.74 for delivery. This has made your product over priced and not good value.

Thank you for your order and we hope you receive it soon. Your tracking states it will be delivered Feb 19th. Due to change in regulation, all International orders are subject to customs and duty charges associated with the importation of the products; these costs, borne by the customer, will typically be recharged by the shipping company and are dependant on the importing country. Just bought this 3 Pint Jug I thought it going to be durable Jug for life, but how I was wrong, even before I started to use it it slipped out of my hand fell on the carpet and enamel went off (I have attached the picture), so now it useless I can’t put it in front of the people nor guests nor I want myself watch to a black holes on the top of the Jug. I just want to warn customers enamel is not durable, after every single bang (even on the soft carpet) enamel will peel off.

Dear Emma, Falcon Enamelware is made from a porcelain enamel, which is a powdered glass bonded onto steel. If a product is dropped/hit against something, the porcelain will chip as it is just glass fused onto metal. The metal core will never break but chips cannot be avoided. All of the materials used in our products are non-toxic and are still safe to use even in the event of the enamel chipping and exposure of the steel. Regards, The Falcon Enamelware Team Kind regards,

The enamelware has chips and dings in the coating. On top of that I was hit with a really high customs fee, which I dont mind but wish I would have been informed of beforehand. (At least that such a fee could happen.)

I guess I may have missed it, but I did not see that China makes your product on your website. How I though it was an original UK product. "An icon of British home life since 1920." Was so hoping it was. Too costly to return, and then you have a 20% on the Pillarbox Red color, after I place my order. I realize it is not just you. Everything is coming from China. Too bad really.
