“Absolutely disgusted with lack of service. My order was never received or delivered although my funds were taken. Which I then had to request my money back. The manager was extremely rude so I decided to spend my money else where”

“I was informed a couple of days after placing my order for vinyl that appeared to be in stock, that it was not and would I mind waiting a further week. When I tried to cancel I was met with silence. I chased and eventually did get a refund. The name of the company might have suggested that they didn’t have to get another company to make the product, but maybe it is just words, just like the words in stock which it turns out it wasn’t…”

With regard to the name Factory Direct Flooring as mentioned in your review, we are a supplier rather than a manufacturer - working with numerous manufacturers enables us to offer a wide range of products and as we have the goods straight from the factory to our warehouse in bulk, this also enables us to offer the best prices for high quality products.

“The floor looks good. Customer Service could be better as I called twice in advance to make sure delivery would happen on a particular date and was reassured both times it would. It still arrived a day late.”

“Order was 30 minutes after the latest estimate and almost all laminate flooring packs I ordered were ripped open to various degrees. Laminate itself seems fit for purpose and unphased. Need to have better truck packing so as not to harm products”
