Hi Shirley, Thanks for your review - as you point out these products do require a smooth, solid flat surface to be installed onto - by following this advise from our website and the fitting instructions - this will help you get the most out of your new floor.

“Excellent, but excellent, supplier! Sales/technical staff were very helpful over the phone with a few queries I had, and delivery was unbelievable - next day! (From the Midlands to N.E. London!) We have more flooring to do (when we can afford it) and will most definitely be returning to Factory Direct Flooring for that.”

“Said they would deliver last Thursday. They didn't. Then said it would be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. Still waiting for goods so cannot review product. Not happy.”

Dear Mr Brown, I am sorry that there was a delay in delivering your order - it appears that the business name was missing from your order when you placed it online - Since speaking to you we have updated the courier with the business name and they have advised the goods will be with you shortly.

“Failed to deliver on 3 attempts, Both I and my wife lost holiday waiting for delivery on agreed dates. 1 day holiday for me costs more than the order was worth. I will be looking to order from elsewhere in the future”

Dear Mr Walford - we did advise the courier that the goods could be left safe so you didn't have to wait in after the first failed delivery - we do rely on them carrying out our instructions as they are given. I have passed your feedback onto them - If you do require any products in the future - please contact our customer service team for a free timed delivery slot. We have also refunded the delivery charge back onto your card for you.

“Overall a great service. Delivery went smoothly, and I am very please with my new laminate flooring and underlay. I was able to return the excess laminate and underlay and get a refund for it. I would definitely recommend them.”

Hi Karen, I can see from our system that you are waiting for stock to come in - Our website does advise if products are on back order as you order it - As soon as the stock arrives at our warehouse we will be calling you to book a date for delivery.

“We are a building company who relies on good suppliers, and we believe Factory Direct Flooring is just that. Not only are the prices competitive, the goods are of great value and even more importantly, the delivery service is 1st class. We ordered over 112 sq m Of Belfort Silver Oak by 12 noon on the Thursday and it was with us (in Manchester) by 3pm the following day, your can't ask better than that, "Thank You" Michael.”

“I left writing a review until after we laid the floor. The company service is second to none. Prices are very competitive and a helpful and knowledgable customer services. After ordering and the payment gone through, they rang to organise delivery within the hour! Delivery was within the time schedule (on packaging they scheduled delivery before 2pm). A big thumbs up to the delivery companies involved with the transit. A fantastic and very friendly service, a credit to them. The laminate floor looks fabulous. We ordered without any samples from the mega floor range and we were not disappointed, a lovely quality laminate floor.(We bought the vapour barrier underlay which went a long way) We have dogs and so far so good no scatching/scuff marks. Husband has said it is a pleasure to work with (once he got used to it). We both highly recommend this company and definitely would use again.”

“Lovely wood, looks fantastic. Very well cut and lovely light colour. Got many samples from many companies but this is the one I liked the best. Easy to order, delivery was exactly when I wanted, packed nicely and company easy to deal with.”

“Not very good service delivery good but had a problem with damage on vinyl tiles they did send replacements after 3 phone calls customer care could do better”

Thanks for taking the time to write a review on our service. Occasionally damage does occur in transport and we aim to send replacements ASAP. However, we do like to have confirmation from the customer that someone will be available to accept replacement items - we never send items out without confirming this.
