“Didn't receive any notification of delivery ( it's not in spam) and as I wasn't in it was left on a pallet with another address. I called the company and was very impressed with the customer service, who instantly agreed they would sent the courier back to uplift and re deliver. Fortunately the company it was delivered to had a fork lift and came out on the road and brought it to the top of my drive. Courier at fault.”

“Unable to offer threshold delivery which meant I had to cancel my order as I am pregnant so cannot lift the flooring from the kerbside- I live on ground floor and have an entrance right off the driveway and they were unable to accommodate for me”

“Well, this is the third time I’ve use this company been first rate before, but they let me down this time. I’m replacing the click vinyl flooring I ordered last time didn’t really didn’t work. It kept on clicking, so this is why I have replaced it with normal vinyl flooring down on at roll. It could be my floor. It’s not fully level. The problem this time the delivery was 24 hours late no information saying why it wasn’t until I contacted the company closed at 5 o’clock when the product came a full 24 hours later at 17:20hrs the driver complained and said it’s too heavy I can’t lift it, I looked at them and was very puzzled because I’ve only ordered 2.5 m x 3 m, but What came was 3 m x 6 possibly I have not measured the remainder. It’s just dumped in my garage. However, at the end of that the product is fantastic. It looks brilliant. I wish I had ordered this first time instead of the expensive click vinyl which didn’t work.”

“Adding rooms to the website to automatically calculate how much flooring we needed was a bit of a mess and it only suggested a premium underlay meaning we didn’t know how much of the lower cost underlay we needed to order and had to guess. We also ordered a sample of a flooring and then when we came round to ordering it (within a week of receiving sample) we could not find it on the website anymore so had to go with a different one. Delivery was good and flooring looks fab now it’s laid.”

“Good website, great range, costs good, and 2 free samples enjoyed. BUT, the colour of herringbone tile we like came as a laminate, and is unavailable as vinyl, so we cannot buy from you, which is a pity.”

“Delivery driver was lovely and did all he could to help. It was his first day on the job but you wouldn’t have known if he hadn’t have said. The flooring itself arrived the wrong colour. Online it looked much darker than in person. Still nice but just keep this in mind when purchasing.”

“Factory Flooring themselves were great - quality product and good value for money BUT their delivery service was AWFUL and despite complaining to Factory Direct Flooring about this I have had no response to my problems. PALLEX first missed the confirmed delivery date completely and when they turned up dumped the delivery at kerb side in a torrential downpour. Delivery driver refused to back onto driveway to reduce the time product was getting soaked despite there being AMPLE ROOM to do so. He also REFUSED to wait while the order was checked so no delivery receipt was signed and there was no opportunity to report any problems. Spent 2 DAYS drying out the delivery. Will NOT USE Factory Direct flooring again UNLESS they change courier.”

“The main reason I’m only rating three is because the Currier turned up at 7:45 this morning banged down my door and was so rude. Basically left The flooring on the main road 25 feet from where I live and just unbelievably rude he didn’t wanna lift a finger to help in anyway.. i’m 52 years old and not in great health, and if it wasn’t that there was a workmen that very kindly come over, see what was going on and gave me a hand I would’ve truly struggled to lift all that flooring into my property..apart from that, the flooring company themselves were great, but they really need to sort out a different delivery service…”

“Easy buying , rubbish service when it comes to delivery ,when ordering on a normal delivery service £22 it is sent without any form of tracking so someone needs to be at the address for a full 10 hours , most companies give at least a narrowed down time , this flooring was ordered for a empty property with no electric etc ,so it meant missing work at another place to sit in a car and wait outside the address , so unless you are able to sit and wait it out ,don't bother ,after the amount of money I lost on the other job and the difference in upping the delivery to named time ,it would have been cheaper to go to carpetright just down the road,tried to explain this and got a snotty email”
