Adding rooms to the website to automatically calculate how much flooring we needed was a bit of a mess and it only suggested a premium underlay meaning we didn’t know how much of the lower cost underlay we needed to order and had to guess. We also ordered a sample of a flooring and then when we came round to ordering it (within a week of receiving sample) we could not find it on the website anymore so had to go with a different one. Delivery was good and flooring looks fab now it’s laid.
