“Ordering was easy, product delivered on time. The colours were different, was informed that the difference in colour was due to the roll widths differing and nothing could de done other than to pay to return the product and order a different width, which may be a match. Very disappointed.”

“Despite written, highlighted instructions about restricted access on a single track road, delivery attempt using a twelve ton truck!”

“Great samples, and fast delivery. The only downside is that quite a few of the herringbone planks in the boxes I purchased had defects (chips to the edges of the planks and broken edges on the britle click sections were fairly common, and I even had one plank in a box which had really significant damage/scratches to the surface). These were clearly quality control issues rather than damage in transit, but this aside, the remaining product seems fine.”

“Vinyl good quality, however 2 cans of spray adhesive came damaged, lids cracked and spray mechanism on one not working. Maybe packaging these separately and not in the middle of rolled up vinyl would help solve this.”

“Unfortunately the length of vinyl I was sent was about 30cm shorter than I had paid for which was frustrating to find out after rolling it into place. I had to do a bit of piecing together, luckily the design hides this quite effectively. Otherwise the service was good, I didn’t receive any dispatch/delivery notifications at all but when I called customer service they were very helpful and let me know they were on track to deliver on the day chosen at the checkout. The flooring itself was really good value.”

“Fantastic looking floor once assembled with a clever click-together system which warrants a 3 star rating. It unfortunately has a downside in which, if you want to have it go under skirting boards, then it's virtually impossible with the system they use. Managed to just about do it in some areas and then use beading in others which is a shame as I would liked to have it under all. Very noisy to walk on at times with plenty of creaking and cracking noises even though the floor has been levelled, can VERY easily get damaged with a quick scuff or the wrong kind of shoes over it which is also disappointing, not very hard wearing and not suitable for high traffic areas, seems more suitable for looks over practicality.”

“Received flooring samples swiftly. Then read their terms regarding the delivery of their flooring. Customer is expected to carry them from the door. As I'm disabled and live on the second floor with no lift access, this won't be possible. Will now have it delivered and carried to inside the property.”

“Service was great, delivery was fast and the product was just what in ordered. The low score is because this was installed in a kitchen and it has torn really easily, bit disappointed.”

“I ordered some samples & would've ordered the product but the postage was so much, half the cost of the order. I just can’t justify that which is a damn shame”

“Good carpet and price, terrible delivery ( delivery driver just left the carpet outside the house, and it was on a very heavy cardboard roll so we were unable to mov it round corners) All in all, good product and price, terrible delivery service.”

“A good range of products which appear quality. I would like to be able to speak to someone with regards to the amount to be ordered and other issues regarding supply and fitting. I also dont approve of too many e-mail trying to pressurise me into buying through, low stock, and other interest in my product as well as discounts disappearing then reappearing, that doesn't impress me in the slightest.”

“Not a great experience as I picked and paid for a roll of vinyl which after payment was taken informed was out of stock. However gained a refund smooth and quickly enough. The process did leave an impression that I would have been steered towards something which was in stock rather the the product I wanted.”
