“I'm after the Abbey Denny 14mm engineered wood floor, when will it be back in stock? Or will it be back?? I have been trying to order this for nearly 6 months with no joy. kylemore is too far out in terms of shade. Appreciate your response thank you.”

“I have black gloss vinyl tiles and it is impossible to clean without constant marks showing, especially under the kitchen lights! It also shows dust every day, which unfortunately comes through from my new sitting room wool carpet. Have been on my hands and knees trying to clean by hand with just a damp cloth after using a product. If one picks up a speck from the floor, however very small, with clean fingers, it will still show a mark. It looks fantastic, but to keep it looking good is a.nightmare.”

“I've already submitted a review, but keep being prompted to do so again, so here goes. I ordered Abbey Cervara 14 mm oak matt lacquered 4 strip click system. It's a good looking floor. However within hours it had marked even with furniture pads for table/chairs. Which is disappointing. I had 2 unopened boxes left which I tried to return but was just outside of the 30 day period (delay with floor layer) and the company would no accommodate a few days grace. Again, disappointing.”

“Very good price , refunds and returns are not the best option with this company the product itself is fine and good Just make sure you don’t do any mistake because you will pay a lot for refund”

“Product is nice, but delivery seems a bit of a shambles. Still waiting for two out of four items, one had to be replaced due to damage. Not amazing. Customer service is okay though.”

“Please please stop sending me endless emails for reviews. They are really annoying. I already had to throw away a whole untouched pack of engineered wood flooring because you won't take it back after a month, which is ridiculous, it's not even out of the wrapping and now I'm being hounded with emails. Do go away.”

“The floors look really good but the quality is medium. The delivery is really expensive even on the orders over £250! Customer service is okay. Had issues with the first delivery not being on time, but the second one was delivered on the day requested. If I found the same floors elsewhere I would probably order from a different supplier but because I didn't want to change shades of the herrinbone panels I had to stick with Factor Direct. I don't think I will be ordering again from them.”

“The laminate flooring is good quality but my experience with the courier was awful...the young man sounded alright on the phone but when he phoned again to say he's outside I thought he was actually outside at the front of the house as there were plenty of empty parking spaces. I looked and looked but he was parked a few houses down. When he brought the items over on a pallet I said to him why he didn't park 'here' as he said he's 'outside' so I thought he's out at front. Just common sense to do so with such a heavy delivery. Then he gave me such an attitude like, 'I'm outside... whether it's here or there...no difference ' Then I asked if he could take the pallet back with him. His respond was 'got nothing to do with me'. Very argumentative delivery man. There was no need for this kind of attitude. The bad experience put me off buying from you again. 😒”

“The flooring was good quality but they messed up our delivery 3 times. To top it off the delivery driver was asked to help me put the flooring in the house as I have 3 kids and my husband was at work because they messed up our delivery day. The driver drove off and left me on a main road with 3 children 6, 4 and a 6 month old baby. If there wasn’t a nice workman passing that helped me I don’t know what I would have done.”

“Overall very disappointed. The website does warn there may be colour discrepancies between roll widths but the difference is clearly evident, not a nuance of shade, rather a completely different colour. I was advised to send back the offending roll and order a larger dimension roll,at my expense. I decided that due to the costs and inconvenience involved,not to and live with a 2tone conservatory room. Customer service, whilst polite, we're not very helpful.”
