“For about 3 days before I eventually made a purchase, I asked for samples for different flooring, the samples arrived so quickly without any fuss. I eventually purchased flooring and was amazed at the professional service that I received. I will use them again”

“Very happy with my new flooring, fast delivery and great service. Laminate is of very good quality and from 17 packs did not have a single bad/damaged board. Used the area calculator online but am sadly 6 packs short but that was more than likely an error on my side, so will be 're ordering in the next week to Finnish the job. Highly recommended and will have no doubt in future purchases”

“The product is absolutely fantastic. The delivery process could hardly get any worse: we waited the whole day of the scheduled delivery. We contacted the customer care three times and each time they let us know that the driver was 30 minutes away. Bottom line: the flooring didn't arrive on the scheduled delivery day. We waited till 10:30pm, we were not notified that the delivery was cancelled because the lorry broke down (which thing, I don't believe at all). We had to cancel the floor fitter and delaying the moving process. Then the second day they "attempted delivery" another time. Still more of the same and the driver finally came 1 hour 30 minutes late. A word to Factory Direct Flooring: your products are great by all means, just stop contracting your delivery to that awful company. There are reputable delivery companies, stick with them if you don't want to get more 1 star votes.”
