“Absolutely horrific. Flooring arrived was so cheap we were unable to put it down as all of the sections broke. Company were really unhelpful and I have to drive five hours to return the flooring. They wouldn’t collect even though they sold a product is not fit for purpose. Buyer beware! I will be telling everyone I know and posting on every social media platform I can to save other people the problems that I have had”

Hi Louisa, Thank you for your review. As the issue you reported is not representative of a manufacturing defect, we have sent you a form to complete and have requested more information from you. Tolerances on subfloor level should be observed when fitting an LVT product as we discussed with your installer. If you are returning the goods, please bring the planks that we asked your installer to sign the joints on as these are what we will use to test, inspect and fit together when you return them, we will be happy for you to witness this process in person. We can understand why you feel the 1 star is fair, but in all honesty, we do not feel this is an issue with the product. LVT is not suitable for all subfloor types, sometimes additional preparation is required as mentioned in the installation guide and the fitting videos online.

“Contacting the company and getting answers on specific floors was difficult. I also found the photos confusing as the same photo is used for a number of different vinyls. I ordered somewhat blind in the end as I was against a deadline but luckily was happy with the floor. Customer service was not good but the floor and delivery were good.”
