“Made an order, was told the delivery date, waited at home the whole day and it never arrived so lost a days pay at work. Partner waited in the next day and it still didn’t arrive. Was not contacted at all by the store to say it would be late or wouldn’t arrive & had to chase this up myself. In the end I disputed my transaction with paypal in order to receive a refund.”

“i received my free samples very quickly packaged well and the after service was excellent. the samples were good quality and a good size. I am still collecting quotes and ideas as to colour but will definitely be in touch when the time is right. Thank you”

“Brilliant service delivering samples. I was ready to order when I noticed a delivery charge of almost £102! We live in the highlands and are used to being ripped off with exorbitant falsely inflated delivery charges but this has to be the worse. Another well known flooring company in Hinckley offering a similar tile has a delivery charge of £15. I called Factory Direct Flooring to query the excessive charge and mentioned their competitors charges and basically the person on the phone couldn’t have cared less.”

Hi Michael, Thanks for your review. Yes there are geographical surcharges in place for some areas, whilst speaking to you we did note that you are 546 miles away, unfortunately this wouldn't be covered under the standard delivery charge of £17.95 as advised. What I did say is that we understand if you decide not to order or agree with those charges, rest assured, we do care and we do accept your feedback.

“Delivery efficient and well packaged on receipt. The flooring was as described in terms of colour & style however when package opened for fitting some boards were damaged along the joints. Luckily I was able to use these as off cuts around cirtenboard so didn't cause any major problems. Overall relatively good purchase.”

“Great company! Delivery was quick, product is lovely and looks amazing! Pricing was so much better than anywhere else I looked. The service was wonderful as I had contact pretty much as soon as I'd placed my order and a sizing issue was quickly resolved. We actually ended up getting a bigger size for no extra cost so they definitely know how to keep customers happy!! Will 100% buy through them again.”

“This was a very good website to navigate. The prices were very very good and a brilliant idea to allow customers to receive free samples. I ordered 2 samples and they arrived in a short space of time. The quality of the samples was really good, especially for the price. Once we have completed our decorating we will certainly be ordering from them.”
