“I purchased the 12mm Vintage pure black flooring. It came very well package. Although it was well packed, one pack got damaged. The after sales were excellent and replaced it without quibble. The floor looks superb and much more high end than the price suggests. A very good experience when dealing with Rizzi - well done you guys!!”

“The service has been first class, the samples came very quickly, just waiting to place an order with your company after my colleague have checked out your website in terms of how much of the material I need to order. I intend to order the PRESTIGE GLOSS BLACK GREY OAK, IT'S A SHAME IT'S NOT IN LIGHT GREY so far the service has been outstanding I would love to speak with some one about a bulk order. “excellent service. contacted me almost immediatley after I placed the order to arrange delivery. delivered with 48 hours. The vinyl is excellent a little weak so it damages easily but this is to be expected as it is cushioned. The viny is great value, I could not find anywhere else selling this product at this price. I picked the design because its very easy to colur match and the orientation of the off cuts does not effect the pattern matching. overal great product and great service. They even cut the Vinyl to the sizes I needed.”
