“Wasn’t delivered on time Most of the pieces look like seconds with discolouration on the end of the planks. Not as good as bought previously from another company”

“Avoid, Avoid, avoid. So called delivery date was August 31st, it didn't arrive, I had a message every day for four days saying out for delivery and nothing arrived, I told them to cancel my order and give a full refund, that was on Monday 4th September and they told me it would be in my bank in the next 3 to 5 days 😡 Today Monday 11th September I emailed asking about my refund, their reply " the goods have made their way back and the refund has now started" They knew I didn't have the goods as the delivery company said the so called driver was "sick" and had to finish his shift early, what's the excuse for the other 3 days? Avoid this company like the plague and the delivery company they use should be shut down. I will be reporting this company to my bank and trading standards.”

“The product is good the delivery was ok but after sales is extremely poor. You need to read all the T&C because if you buy 20sq m of flooring which is extremely heavy and your wife hates it you have to return the items yourselves. To have a courier do it was £236 cheapest other than that it’s free if you take it back to the warehouse in Tim Buck To. Had to buy new flooring so have got old flooring here and going to try to sell it. Never again !”

“Delivery was the issue. Set a date as per website. Took the day off work. Waited in all day 8am to 6pm as advised and no floor appeared. Even contacted after sales the day prior, who advised flooring delivery was on track for my required day. Contacting after sales is a joke as you can only email even though it says you can phone on the invoice?? The responses stopped when I eventually received my flooring 2 days later. Complained via email and still awaiting response. No offer to compensate or refund delivery fee. Ruined the experience as the floor is now down and looks lovely.”

“Had an issue with the flooring delivered. Got 32 packs and of those 8 packs were clearly different. I had 2 independent reviews of the flooring and they both stated the 8 packs must have been wrongly labelled. I sent photos and was advised to take all the boards out and mix them up. They didn’t want to know. I am so disappointed in the company. Do i recommend them in this instance no.”

Thanks for your review. “The ordering and samples sent were good! We arranged a delivery for Monday 17th of July, which i arranged to take time off work to recieve. instead it was delivered on Wednesday 12th with no one there, i had left a mobile contact number but recieved no call. The plastic cover had rips in but fortunately no damage to vinyl carpet and no rain that or the following day as left outside! Layed on the Monday 17th but missing Vinyl and Cushion Floor Anti Plas 15mtr Double Sided Tape but i had to lay it that day! Now i have this questionaire with one of the questions being who made the delivery? This i cannot answer”

“Found no samples unreasonable time to deliver if ordered took too long Shipping costs unacceptable Normally order things companies arrange for you to pick up not pay costs Returns would loose money on refund Sorry wouldn’t use again Staff on site I would highly commend very helpful”

“Factory Direct Flooring Ltd, is an ideal, online company, that makes ordering & delivering of flooring extremely easy (even for first time online buyers, like myself). I found the whole process (from deciding which 'tyoe & style' of flooring I wanted for my kitchen, to it actually being delivered to my home), extremely easy. I was able to complete a secure, online payment for my flooring, with just afew taps on my keyboard. The driver/delivery man, was exceptionally helpful & friendly (he kindly carried the 'rolled up' flooring, into my kitchen with my Daughter (I couldn't do it myself, because I'm disabled with mobility & manipulation problems). His generous assistance, left me assured that the company was/is all for helping/assisting their customers in any way needed, right from initial selection of the flooring, to the delivering of it. I will definately use this company again & again. I have also recommended the company to all my family & friends, who have remarked on my stunning kitchen flooring.”

“I needed flooring delivered the next day due to opening our business and postage strikes. They did what everyone else said was impossible and helped pick the flooring to boot based on commercial grades, colour and usage. I will only ever use them from now on and whoever spoke to me on the phone should be very very proud of their customer service skills.”

“Tried to charge nearly £100 delivery for a £1200 order. Contacted customer service to see why this was the case - No reply in over a week. Ordered samples of the flooring I was interested in. Over a week and they are yet to arrive, don't think they ever actually will.”
