Factory Direct Flooring Ltd, is an ideal, online company, that makes ordering & delivering of flooring extremely easy (even for first time online buyers, like myself). I found the whole process (from deciding which 'tyoe & style' of flooring I wanted for my kitchen, to it actually being delivered to my home), extremely easy. I was able to complete a secure, online payment for my flooring, with just afew taps on my keyboard. The driver/delivery man, was exceptionally helpful & friendly (he kindly carried the 'rolled up' flooring, into my kitchen with my Daughter (I couldn't do it myself, because I'm disabled with mobility & manipulation problems). His generous assistance, left me assured that the company was/is all for helping/assisting their customers in any way needed, right from initial selection of the flooring, to the delivering of it.
