Delivery was the issue. Set a date as per website. Took the day off work. Waited in all day 8am to 6pm as advised and no floor appeared. Even contacted after sales the day prior, who advised flooring delivery was on track for my required day. Contacting after sales is a joke as you can only email even though it says you can phone on the invoice?? The responses stopped when I eventually received my flooring 2 days later. Complained via email and still awaiting response. No offer to compensate or refund delivery fee. Ruined the experience as the floor is now down and looks lovely.
