“I rang initially and even though he was about to finish work, the person on the phone took time to answer my query and even offered to email me the order. He went above and beyond. The flooring arrived quickly and we are very pleased with the product at such a reasonable price.”

“We bought a quality flooring, Prestige Rustic Oak V-groove 8mm, on offer at nearly 1/2 price, the new patented clic lock stock. The quality was excellent, no catch! The sample arrived swiftly - true to online colour and description. Over 13 patterns to several boxes, which enabled us to get a very realistic floor, by making sure the repeats didn't clash. We'd certainly buy from this company again! Only lost a star because the delivery slot was broken, had to be next day and we'd got people in delivery day to await the 19 heavy boxes.”

“DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE!!!!! Items not delivered, despite email confirming they were arriving. Customer services manager rude, condescending, and extremely unhelpful not to mention argumentative. Could not confirm if I would be receiving my missing item or not as they couldn’t contact their courier company to locate the missing item. I requested a refund instead. They keep your money due to their company policy for 30days. Even when they have failed to fulfill their contract with you. I would highly recommend the staff attend a customer service course, as when your business has failed to achieve what it has promised, this is not the customers fault, a sincere apology and genuine desire to correct the issue is paramount and what gives the company a good reputation.”

Hi Mrs Dupree, Thank you for your review. 3 out of 4 of your items were delivered on the arranged day, our customer service agent did advise we would contact the carrier to chase the 4th item and update you as quickly as possible. We understand it is frustrating when items do not arrive all together but at this point, this is realistically the most we can do to get the answers to your question. Upon escalating your call to a manager yes, you did request to cancel the 4th item and requested we refund you the money today by bacs transfer and stated this is what we have to do.. you were then advised this wasn't possible and as per our contract of sale, if items are cancelled for whatever reason after dispatch, there is a process to follow. It isn't often that we request all further communication be made in writing but we felt this was the best course of action following our telephone conversation. As discussed via telephone, we do ask that you accept our sincere apology for the delay in delivering the 4th item. We will keep you updated by email, an email has been sent to you anyway following your report of a delivery issue.
