“Had to return a faulty smoke alarm. The prompt attention given to my return and replacement was first class. The whole process took only ten days and I was kept informed by email during the whole process. Well done Express Electrical.”

“Royal Mail loss my parcel and didn’t let any one know so written a review which was picked up by the company and got on the the problem right away and maznaged to get a replacement item”

“Had a product sent to me that I believed had minor damage, which in the end was not. I contacted the company, and the employee who I spoke to quickly dispatched a replacement with no fuss; a very good communicator, and repeatedly made the effort to contact me. Seems to me nowadays this is only common with the smaller companies. Highly recommend.”
