“The smoke alarms I ordered from Express Electrical were as described and well packaged. However, for an express service, it took over a week for the items to arrive.”

“Quick delivery and a good price. You can only really judge how good a company is after there's been an issue. Hence 4 stars. If there's ever a problem and it's sorted efficiently it could be a 5.”

“Excellent delivery of goods on two consecutive orders. I only scored 4 stars as in the second delivery an error was made in the number of item delivered. Although I have emailed Express Electricial I have not yet received any response and no contact number is available.”

“Initial order came quickly but with items missing after a quick email it was resolved and remaining items were sent the following working day… all in all a good service”

“Would always give five stars but let down again by Parcelforce delivery service who keep leaving goods at another similar address despite complaining lots of times .Seems to be the same guy rushing through his work I guess .Wven took a picture of package in wrong address porch ..laughable if the package wasn’t a £400 plus order !”
