“Having been looking for a specific make of LED down-light, Express Electrical was the only place I was able to locate them. As they were required urgently for an electrical project, my wife telephoned on my behalf and Customer Services were really most helpful. They even ensured that they were dispatched immediately and were in fact delivered early the next day. It was the first time I have ordered from them, but I will be doing so again in the future.”

“I was struggling to find some Harled downlights to maintain continuity with those that i have fitted in other rooms in my house. Unable to find them anywhere, I requested Artificial Intelligence on my PC to assist me in finding them and was directed to Express Electrical's website. Their pricing was fair and after a quick telephone call, the order was quickly dispatched and I received the order next day, in time for the electrician's visit. Consequently, I would heartily recommend Express Electrical both in terms of their product range and the manner in which they interact with customers, which is truly excellent.”

“Parts missing no paperwork to explain why . No correspondence to explain why parts missing and when they are going to arrive or if they are going to arrive ??????????”
