“All good.. bought a whole house(10) of smoke detectors.. Aico units. All arrived well packaged. All fitted and working , worth buying a decent brand. Cost of items was also good compared to other sellers. Nice help from them as I couldn’t get back into my account 😊”

“Smoke alarm as ordered, however good job it was in a waterproof package. Had no notification that it had actually been delivered. By accident found package between two waste bins a couple of days after it was due.”

“Nothing has gone wrong, it never got the chance to go right....! Non-functional website (no button to click to say I've read the terms and conditions). Taking my business elsewhere, to a company that has a website that works! Obviously can't comment on the delivery, quality, and customer service as we haven't even got as far as placing an order. No answer to phone or email.”

“Excellent delivery of goods on two consecutive orders. I only scored 4 stars as in the second delivery an error was made in the number of item delivered. Although I have emailed Express Electricial I have not yet received any response and no contact number is available.”
