“On-line order arrived, LED PIR Outside lamp, defective. Absolutley NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, no one on any of the phone numbers wanted to take ownership of the problem, kept being told its a different dept, still waiting for a Director to call to discuss this debacle, I wasted over an hour of my time trying to get someone to deal with this issue, 3 weeks on and I am still awaiting for the defective item to be collected and my money refunded as I sourced an alternative product.”

“I placed an order for a consumer unit and RCBO’s to go with it, the order arrived on a next day service however almost half of the RCBO’s ordered were missing from the delivery. After getting in touch with customer services, remaining units arrived a couple of days later. The only issue was that I needed all units for a job and couldn’t wait so had to source locally. Unfortunately I won’t be using express in the future.”
