Made my order on monday 12.45am. Had to phone on wednesday as you Had forgotten my order. Receved part of my order Friday pm. Called to ask what happend to the rest Of my order but only got a voice mail. At 3pm . Order did come Saturday pm.

Not arrived -I’m 88 the dpd guy waited 2 mins despite me adding delivery instructions and now he has plonked it at a pick Up point I can’t get to !!

The smoke alarms I ordered from Express Electrical were as described and well packaged. However, for an express service, it took over a week for the items to arrive.

Had an issue with a delivery but called me and got another package out with a refund and apology for what could then not be fulfilled. Excellent service and very keen pricing which rarely goes together! Thanks

Ordered 2 smoke alarms & 1 heat alarm for next day delivery. Tooka week to arrive, sent 2 chasing emails but no response. Still waiting for VAT Invoice - would not use again

2 week wait for delivery and no communication regarding the delay. To finish on a positive, the chap that answered my call was bemused at the delay and dealt with their issue straightaway. The package was delivered next day, bravo 👏

Was expecting delivery next day, two days at worst. Tried calling numerous times went straight to answerphone,left messages no response. Emailed with no response. Delivery turned up a week after ordering with still no reply. Shocking customer service

If I hadn't called 2 days before I needed the parts I ordered, they would not have been delivered because they had not been posted. Ordered on the 3rd, money taken on the 4th, posted on the 8th after I called you. Not acceptable...........
