“Bought some smoke alarms for my parents 80 + as the ones fitted 6 years ago must've been from old stock as battery in one has come to end of it's life of 10 years very happy with purchase”

“Easy web site to use great selection of products and good prices the only thing I would say needs improvement is the packaging of orders ! My order arrived in three separate boxes with one hanging open with very little tape or packaging to stop the materials rattling around. Other than that great service.”

“Paid £7 per order for delivery on two seperate orders to get next day delivery and both occasion the courier didnt delver on the day they were meant to therefore didnt have the alarms in time to do the jobs. cant just be a one off as happened twice on both orders”

Hi, Thank you for your message. I completely understand your frustration, especially as you paid for next-day delivery on both orders and experienced delays on each occasion. I can confirm that both orders were dispatched on time from our side and handed over to DPD within the required timeframe for next-day delivery. Unfortunately, the delays occurred while the parcels were with the courier. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused, particularly as the delayed deliveries meant you were unable to complete your jobs as planned. We appreciate that, given this has happened on two separate orders, it does not feel like an isolated incident.
